Ketchup Problems

When you go to open up a bottle of ketchup, but around the lid is the old bits of ketchup from the last time you use it.

And you try not to touch it while you open the lid, but it's one of those lids that belong on the squeeze bottles and all around the part you have to open it is where all the old ketchup is so you struggle opening it.
