Wonwoo smiled after Mingyu did that to him
"Thank you Mingyu-ya. Don't you want to spend time with Jungwoo? After all, he is still the ex-boyfriend that you once loved"
"Can I?"
"Yah don't look at me like that. You can do whatever you want. Make my twin brother happy" Wonwoo just nodded his head to Mingyu. Shows that he allows Mingyu to be with Jungwoo
Mingyu took Wonwoo's hand and stroked it gently before he went to meet Jungwoo inside
"Jungwoo-ya" Mingyu entered the room and met Jungwoo
"Wae, Mingyu-ya... You need everything here?"
"No.. I just came to spend more time with you. Do you want to be with me for a day?"
"Wonwoo ask you to do that?" Jungwoo smiled as he asked
"Actually I also wanted to do that from earlier. Come on, I'll take you out with this wheelchair" Mingyu pulled the wheelchair that was near him and brought it to Jungwoo
Mingyu picked Jungwoo up and put him on the wheelchair. He also put a blanket on Jungwoo's thigh to prevent Jungwoo from getting cold. Mingyu took Jungwoo for a walk in the park around the hospital
Jungwoo took a deep breath as he was finally able to feel the air outside the hospital after so long. No one knows what is in his heart. He was happy and overwhelmed that he was able to unite Wonwoo and Mingyu. He was relieved that Wonwoo wasn't as cruel as he used to be, probably because of Mingyu's presence in his life
"Mingyu-ya. Promise me something" Jungwoo turned to Mingyu and smiled bitterly at him. His whole face was pale and his body couldn't move anymore
"Woo-ya. Don't move, Your body can't do that anymore" Mingyu bent his body and his hand slowly reached Jungwoo's thigh
"Please take care of Wonwoo and Jiwoo for me. Promise me, don't leave Wonwoo no matter what happens"
"Don't say that. I can't lose you, Jungwoo. Yes, I don't look at you romantically anymore but you will forever be an important person in my life. You must be strong for me, your twin and Jiwoo. Myungho definitely has a way to cure your illness" Mingyu gripped Jungwoo's hand tightly. He was holding back his tears so they wouldn't fall in front of Jungwoo
Jungwoo's eyes slowly closed until he lost his consciousness "Jungwoo! Jungwoo-yah! Yah Jeon Jungwoo. Wake up!" Mingyu screamed in panic when he saw Jungwoo who was already unconscious
Mingyu pushed Jungwoo who was in a wheelchair into the Hospital. With tears in his eyes, he called the names of Myungho and the nurses there
"Help him! He is unconscious! Myungho-yah! Please look at him!" His eyes searched for the whereabouts of his friend
"Mingyu-ya. What happened?" Wonwoo and the others came over to Mingyu who was already sitting on the floor. He could only see Jungwoo's departure carried by Myungho
"H-he.. he fainted when he was in the park with me" explained Mingyu while sobbing
They could only see Jungwoo lying in the emergency room, seeing him struggle alone. Mingyu starts to blame himself for taking Jungwoo out without asking Myungho first

"Eomma. This is my first time visiting your grave. Forgive me for coming late and not having time when you are fighting your illness" said Wonwoo as he placed a flower in the place that has his mother's name
