Forty Four

Nunew asked for Fah's help to disguise his trip to Chiang Rai as a normal trip to check on their old house. Nu is expecting that Zee would volunteer to go with him and that's what really happened. Zee indeed insisted that he would go with Nunew.

The two were sitting on the sofa in their living room as Zee is doing some office work in his laptop and Nunew has just finished talking to his mother.

"Hia, aren't you busy? Its okay if I would go alone. Its not the first time Ive done it."
Nunew said as he put his phone down. He acted like he doesnt have any secret motive at all.

"No, Im going with you. I dont have much to do. And the things i need to sort out, I can do them with on laptop" Zee insisted as he looks up from what he wad doing

"When are we going? I'll sort out the tickets"
Zee asked Nunew.

Nunew's eyes widened as he panic

"Why dont I sort out the tickets and you can focus on what you're doing so you will not have much things to leave?"
Nunew immediately told Zee, as he already has the tickets booked but Zee cant know that.

Nunew acted as if he's looking for tickets, he then glanced at Zee.

"Hia, can i borrow your phone? I need to check your schedule"
Nunew told Zee even though he already asked Foie to send him his work schedule.

"Havent Foie sent it to you yet?"
Zee chuckled as he hands Nunew his phone.

Nu shakes his head as he unlocks's the phone.

"I didnt ask for it"
Nunew said to Zee

"Im going to tell Foie to always send it to you"
Zee smirked as he types on his laptop.

"What? Why?"
Nunew glanced at Zee

"So you'll know when Im in a meeting and you want to visit, not that I mind you interrupting me. You know you always come first before anything else"
Zee told Nunew as he continues in finishing his work.

Nunew felt his cheeks warm up. He blushed at Zee's undying care and considertaion for him.

Nunew leaned in and kissed Zee's cheeks surprising him. Zee glanced at Nu and smiled. He ruffled his hair and kissed the top of Nunew's head.

Nu grinned and he leaned his head on Zee's shoulder.

"You dont have much going on on Monday. How about we go this weekend and come back evening of Monday?"
Nunew asked. In reality, he already asked Foie to try and clear his schedule on Monday. Nu asked him to reschedule or cancel appointements and just keep the important video conferences.

"Yeah, sounds good to me. You want my card?"
Zee asked Nunew

"Hia, Im a millionaire too"
Nu side eyed Zee

"Correction, Billionaire. Because what's mine is yours too"
Zee grinned at Nunew.

"That does not only mean my money, but my body too"
Zee wiggled his eyebrows as he teases Nunew.

Nu laughed loudly at Zee as he nudges him

"You're such a dork Hia"
Nunew said as he giggles.

And I cant believe I get to marry this dork
Nu said in his head.

Zee and Nunew's flight was delayed due to unknown issues at the airport. The two decided to buy a take away dinner and just have it at home as its already 7pm by the time their flight landed.

They arrived home and they see the two old houses that stand side by side each other. Zee got out of the car and looked at the two houses. He felt nostalgic. This is the house where he was born and grew up on. This is where he first met Nunew. This is where he spent the happiest days of his childhood.
