What happens to a Sadhak when he surrenders to Paramatma?

Shri Shukla Yajurveda Rudrastadhyayi says

योङसौ सोङहं हंसः सोङहमस्मि।

All the livings emerge from my Swaroop .They could be free from the cycle of birth and death with my bliss. Whoever attains me can see my Swaroop everywhere and in everything, he sees him as my Swaroop as the part of the Swaroop of Paramatma- Shambhu and that is my Swaroop...That is the real me.

When a Sadhak wake up from the sleep of ignorance and knows that whatever he sees in this world is the only multiplication of Paramatma's Swaroop in manifestation. He could surrender to any Swaroop of Aadi Shiv.

Aadi Shiv in his Satva Swaroop of Vishnu beholds this universe along with seven Lok of heaven above the earth and seven Lok of hell under the ocean. Lord Shiv in his Rajas Swaroop as Brahma remains busy in creating millions and trillions of livings and non-living on the earth- on land, air, and in the water. Lord Shiv in his Tamas Swaroop of Rudra destroys everything from a bee to Brahma and even then, he is not enveloped by trio virtues. This Paramatma is full of Sat, Chit, and Anand Swaroop. He is infinite knowledge, He multiplies his Swaroop in a trio world and no one can destroy him, He is beyond destruction –AVINASHI. A Sadhak bows down to the power of Paramatma and tries to be full of virtues, tries to suppress all his vices and surrenders to Paramatma with great devotion. And Paramatma blessed him with the eternal knowledge of the universe.

सर्वोङहं सर्वात्मकोङहं संसारी यद्भूतं यच्च भव्यं यद् वर्तमानं सर्वात्मकत्वादद्वितीयोङहम्।।

I am the Supreme power, the best of the best. I live in every Jivatma in Sansar and I am detached from everybody whatever you see in the present, what you have seen in the past and whatever you are going to experience in the future. Everything depends only on my desire of creation, maintenance or destruction of the universe in the Swaroop of time -Kal Swaroop-one of my manifestations.

A Sadhak when surrenders to Paramatma, would be free from ignorance. But he has to suffer from his previous births good or bad deeds. Our Shastras say that a person does sins through his body, mind and speech. Mind is the root cause of all good and bad Karma . This sin through mind is described in three categories . First of all, when a person thinks ill of others; he is doing sin through his mind and thoughts. Secondly, when he thinks all the property of others illegal and third is when he has no faith in God, He does not believe in the authority of Paramatma on the universe as well his own existence, is a sinful act.

पारुष्यमनृतं चैव पैशून्यं चापि सर्वशः।

असंबद्धप्रलापश्र्च वाङ्गमयं स्याच्चतुर्विधम्।।

A person does sins through his speech in four ways. When he hurts the feelings of others When a person uses harsh words, untruthful statements and talks ill of others to show his disrespect in the  society  and fourthly when he talks too much nonsense all the time unnecessarily. All four kinds of acts are considered sins through speech . On the contrary, if he speaks truth only, speaks soul-soothing words to all, appreciates and praises others' virtues,   talks about noble and pious king, tales of Shruti , Smruti , Vedas and Purans, his Karma would be considered sin-free
