"Well this sucks" Susie sighed as we were sent back to the real world. Ralsai basically banished us until we got started on our group project "and here I was going to leave it to the last minute"
"Ah a woman after my own heart" I chuckled "why don't we just lie and say we started it"
"Nah he'll be able to tell. Kids weirdly perceptive" Susie rubbed the back of her neck "he'd probably just give us a lecture about honesty and send us straight back"
"That sounds like ralsai" I smiled blissfully. My life became a lot better once I met him and got to know Susie. Now I'll never feel alone again.
"So I guess we should meet up with the nerds then" I could feel my rose tinted glasses begin to crack. I was being too optimistic. After all meeting up with Noelle would mean-
"Actually it might be better if we study at my house" I said quickly.
"You really think I want to be going anywhere near your mom?" Susie rolled her eyes "what's the matter? You're not scared of the girl are you?"
"No!" I said quickly.
"Good, then let's move it!" She grabbed me by the arm "the sooner we get this done the better!" I sighed as I let her drag me along.
