Kris pov
Would you like to ride with me"
"Hmm?" She looked up at me in surprise "you want to ride with me? Just me?"
"Yeah if that's ok with you" I held out my hand.
"Sure as long as you don't mind the very real threat that I'll throw you out the window" she grinned as she took my hand.
We sat down and the farris wheel roared to life. We slowly raised up until we were above everything.
The cart shook violently to the point where I was I thought it was going to fall. Unfortunately I wasn't holding on and fell right into Susie's arms.
"Uhh sorry" I moved away feeling embarrassed.
"It's cool man" she shrugged it off with a smile.
I took my chance to sit closer to her. I took a deep breath before starting my speech.
"Susie when I first met you I thought you were an awful person"
"Gee thanks" she said sarcastically.
"But over time I learnt how caring and loyal you were. I was truly blessed to have you as a friend but it wasn't enough. I wanted more" I looked up at her.
"What are you saying" she muttered in disbelief.
"Well don't kill me but I'm madly in love with you" I smiled nervously.
She gave me a blank stare before shrugging "alright"
"Huh?" I looked up in surprise.
"We can give this whole dating thing a go. See how things go" she looked away shyly.
I smiled and snuggled up to her. Thirty dates later she proposed to me. Seems like this whole dating thing worked out pretty well!
