Kris pov
"Gah!" I coughed up some dirt after being thrown to the ground.
"Hey no slacking off" Susie forced me to my feet "we're supposed to be fighting"
I nodded and got into a fighting stance.
"Uhh why are we doing this" I asked as I narrowly avoided a punch.
"Obviously I need to teach you some fighting skills so you don't get into shit" Susie continued her assault "you good at dodging I'll give you that but you can only run for so long!"
I realised too late what she was doing. I felt my back hit the wall. She had cornered me!
"Well played Susie" I smirked. She may be strong but I have a trick of my own up my sleeve! "You know the last time we're this close was when you were trying to bite my face off. I didn't realise till now how pretty you were"
"Wha-" pink blush dusted her cheeks. I took this opportunity to trip her.
"Well played dremur" Susie chuckled as I helped her up "you're a lot more sly than I gave you credit for"
"You know I wasn't lying. You really are pretty" I winked at her.
"You're looking to get your ass beat" She tried to seem threatening but she was smiling, she's getting alot softer "let's grabbed some grub"
"Sounds good" I nodded as I followed her to the cafe. I think we're really getting closer.
