Kris pov
"Seriously Kris again!" I awoke to susie's complaining "what is it with you and falling asleep on buses!"
"I can't help it. Buses are relaxing" I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes as we exited the bus.
"Home sweet home" birdly smiled as we greeted our little home town.
"Can't believe I'm saying this but I kinda missed the place" Susie smiled softly.
"I can understand. A cosy little town like this can grow on you" ralsai placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Well I better get going. I owe my dad a visit. He'll want to hear all about my trip" Noelle bowed politely before leaving.
"Oh I should get back to the flower king" ralsai gasped "Your dad could probably use a hand" with that he scampered off.
"Apologies but I must get going as well. My video game collection is calling my name" birdly left to play video games I guess?
"Yeah I should probably get going as well" Susie scratched her head "see ya at the carnival Kris"
"I'll be there" I nodded as I watched the tall girl stalk away.
I turned to a poster showing off the carnival for next week. I felt a newfound determination. In one week I'm going to choose who out of my four friends I'm going to confess to. I have to be ready.
