Chapter 9: Last day of school 3/3

~In the Chaos Dimension~

~At Green Hill High~

Blaze ran to her class as fast as she could. She knocked at the door then entered. "H-hello miss, sorry I'm late." She spoke. Sonic looked at her. As well as Shadow who had this class with them. 

"Why are you late miss Blaze?" The teacher asked.

"Um... I..." Blaze looked at the ground while scratching the back of her head.

"That's fine, we're not learning anything anyways. Come on, come in." The teacher replied.

Blaze entered the room and sat next to Sonic. Shadow was sitting alone on the table behind them. "Why are you late kitty?" Shadow whispered.

"I left the canteen running to the bathroom because my pendant was glowing. When it glows, it means that something happened to the Sol Emeralds. I went running to find your sister to teleport home. And-" She whispered back but was cut off by the ebony hedgehog.

"I can teleport too, I was right in front of you. Why didn't you ask me?"

"Relax Shad, it already happened, ya can't change anything now." Sonic spoke. Shadow rolled his eyes. 

"Anyways, Christelle told me that she can detect energy signatures. So we went together to search for it."

"It?" The boys said in unison.

"Yes only one of the emeralds was gone. So we found it in an old temple near a river. And we came back."

"How did it get there?" Sonic asked.

"Trust me, it's a long story." She giggled. Sonic and Shadow nodded. Then the bell rang and all the students in the classroom ran outside. Blaze, Sonic, and Shadow smirked to each other and went outside. 

Blaze walked in between the two hedgehogs. Sonic started putting his hands on the back of his head, "So Blaze, ya ain't goin to prom?"  Shadow rolled his eyes.

"No Sonic, I'm not going."

"Why?"

"I want to train and prepare myself, because after tomorrow we're going to beat Eggman Nega in my dimension."

"Come on..." he replied "Ya can't just keep training all your life!"

"Of course I can." she said. Shadow rolled his eyes at the two.

The bell rang again telling the trio that it's time for gym class. they ran to their lockers to put their stuff away. They took their sports clothes and went running to the gymnasium.

~At the gymnasium~

Blaze got out of the girls' bathrooms in the gymnasium. She was wearing black combat boots, white shorts and a pink crop top like t-shirt. All the boys in the gym stared at her walking to Sonic with a smirk. Sonic was wearing red sweatpants with a blue t-shirt and a blue cap that he wore backwards. 

Shadow then went to the two. He was wearing black pants with a red t-shirt and a black leather jacket. He reached the two and started, "Looking good kitty." She smiled.

"Ok kids, because it's the last day of school before summer vacation, we are going to do team fighting today. The team must minimum contain four players. You may choose your team." 

"Sonic, Shadow, Blaze. Can I be in your team." A pink hedgehog asked. Blaze looked at Sonic and Shadow then back at Amy with a smile that meant to plead the two hedgehogs to let the pink one enter their team.

"Of course ya can be in our team Ames!" Exclaimed Sonic. Amy smiled. Shadow rolled his eyes.

After all the teams had passed, it was the turn of Blaze, Shadow, Sonic and Amy's team against their opponent team.
