Chapter 32: Girl power

~In the Sol Dimension~

~With Amy and Rouge~

Amy and Rouge were walking within the corridors of the now metal and stone castle. Those two were searching for their friend Blaze who was captured by the evil Dr. Eggman Nega. 

While they were walking around trying to find hints of where their cat friend would be, Rouge got annoyed of the awkward silence, so she decided to start small talk with her pink-bubblegum hedgehog friend.

"Hey Ames, what do you think will happen when we end this battle?" Rouge asked a random question just to kill the soundlessness. 

"Honestly," Amy started, "I have no idea." She spoke her words as she looked at Rouge. Rouge was about to say something, but Amy turned her head to the front and spoke again, "I don't think that Blaze, Infinite and Scourge are going to come back to our Dimension though." 

Rouge stared at Amy with a sad expression painted on her face. "I know hun, I'm gonna miss her too."

Both sighed at the same time and continued their search.

~Later~

Amy and Rouge were still walking around trying to find their princess-friend. Both were getting bored about staring only at metallic walls.

Amy sighed and suggested, "Maybe we should check the second floor. We've searched everywhere on that one."

"Yeah. Let's do that..." Rouge agreed with an annoyed expression on her face.

Amy nodded and they started to make their way to the stairs. They walked and walked the corridors again until they reached the stairs to the next level. "Well, here we go. Another boring floor to 'explore'." Amy said and Rouge nodded.

They started to make their way up the stairs. Even though they weren't able to think because they were bored, once they reached the second floor, an idea popped in Rouge's mind. "I think I have an idea!" She spoke.

"What's that..." Amy said still bored.

"If that Eggman is anything like ours, he must have cameras around the whole city. And the computer that shows this kind of thing must be in his base!"

"Yeah, but the guy is here in the castle. We all know that." Amy replied as she rolled her eyes and crossed her arms.

"Says who that he doesn't have that type of computer in his base."

"Fine, maybe there is, but how are we supposed to find it." 

"Amy, Amy, Amy. You are soooo predictable." Rouge teased. "At the beginning, we were supposed to join the others at the base, remember?" Amy nodded and Rouge continued. "So, if I remember correctly, the map showed us the village in the middle, behind it, the castle. On the left the forest and the dragon training headquarters. And finally, on the right, the base." 

"Which means we need to go...?" Amy asked still bored.

"ON THE RIGHT OF THE CASTLE!!!" Rouge screamed, "Gosh Amy, get it together. Come on." She spoke and then started going back down the stairs.

"Getittogether bla bla" Amy huffed and started to trail behind her bat-friend.

Once they got out of the castle, they walked cautiously towards the base. They didn't want anyone or anything to capture them again. Even Rouge wasn't flying around but walking so that she stays stealthy.

The girls were now inside the base and walking in the metallic hallways. Amy was still bored. She was just trailing behind Rouge with not a care in the world.
