THE FLIGHT

I woke up to my phone ringing it was paige i looked at the time "shit, shit i'm gonna be late" i jumped in the shower and got dressed i put on my white ripped jeans and put on my MCR shirt grabbed my bag and ran the stairs paige was waiting in the driveway with gabby.

"I know,I know I'm late, leave me alone" I put my backpack in the trunk and sat in the back with Paige.

We drive to the airport and meet everyone in the lobby coach murray hands out our tickets. Paige and i were sitting next to each other thank god if i had to sit with anyone else i might just lose my mind.

"Evans looks like I can't get rid of you at all"

"shut up"

We got our bags checked and went through security we found our gate and boarded our plane Paige and I found our seats and sat down. I tightened my seatbelt as tight as I could my legs started to shake and my hands started to tremor "Come on AJ you got this" I told myself trying to calm myself down i took a deep breath and closed my eyes I have always hated flying honestly i don't know why but they just terrifies me. All of a sudden I felt paige's hand on my lap then I heard her voice.

"Babe, look at me"

I looked up at my girlfriend

"Look I took the liberty of grabbing something to distract you from the plane ride"

She opened up her backpack and grabbed out her laptop and some snacks. I smiled god how did I get so lucky. I have been in love with AJ since the 5th grade. I never thought that we would end up together.

"I know that you're obsessed with Tessa Tompson so i downloaded Thor Ragnarok"

"Hey i'm not obsessed," i said giving Paige a shove

"Well you have her as your background on your phone so I'm pretty sure that counts as you being obsessed"

"Well that may be true, however, allegedly I might have changed that and gotten a new obsession"

I grab my phone out of my pocket and show Paige my new screensaver. It's a picture of us kissing from the election in front of her mural.

"The mysterious AJ Campos did it again"

"Who are you and what have you done with my girlfriend? A week ago you would have squealed and lost your mind over me switching my screen saver."

Paige looks the other way and I see her smile and blush Paige whispers under her breath but I don't hear her.

"What was that?"

Paige doesn't make eye contact

"Nothing"

"I don't believe you"

All of a sudden I felt the engine of the plane start and then it hit the runway and it kept getting faster and faster I grabbed Paige's arm and closed my eyes this was my worst fear coming true. I feel Paige squeeze my hand and I start to calm down. the plane stopped shaking and we were up in the sky. I looked at Paige. She had a big smile on her face and hugged me.

"See it isn't that bad you were scared of nothing"

Paige gave me a pair of headphones and we started to watch Thor it wasn't a long trip but Paige promised that we would finish it if we were sharing a room together. We got off the plane and headed toward the shuttle bus that was coming to pick us up.

"How was your first plane ride? Was it as messed up as you thought it would be?"

"I still think it's messed up but I was with you so I guess I can look past that"

"Aww look at Miss AJ Campos overcoming her fear of planes im so proud of you for growing up so fast"

I roll my eyes and flip her off

"There's the mysterious leather jacket type I've come to adore"

"I still don't own a leather jacket but whatever"

I just roll my eyes

"Lets go Evans"

I wrap my arms around my girlfriend and walk to the shuttle. We find our seats in the shuttle and we drive for about 30 minutes and then we get to the hotel.

We sit around in the lobby waiting for Coach Murry to give us our room keys and roommates we gather around in a circle and he says that it's the same roommates as last time and i say yes in my head but then i realize that i said it out loud i look at paige and she is smiling. I grab our room keys and we head to our rooms. There were two beds in the room and I couldn't help but feel a little disappointed, we looked at each other.

"Soo there's two beds this time"

"Yeah, I guess we should choose a side"

"Or we can just share a bed together and share like we did at the last meet"

I was hoping Paige would agree, hopefully, it would be less awkward this time and we could sleep together

"I mean yeah I guess we could, if you're comfortable with that"

I laughed at Paige and gave her a kiss on the temple

"I wouldn't have offered if I wasn't comfortable with sleeping together"

Paige blushed and looked away stuttering out a timid okay. God, she was adorable when she was nervous and i couldn't help but stare at her i couldnt help but smile

"Evans you know you're ruining my whole bad cop scary personality"

"Oh and that's a problem? I mean i can just go sleep in the other bed and let you sleep by yourself so you and your ego and mysterious personality can sleep alone"

She went to sit on the bed close to the window "all to myself unless you want to put your ego aside and give up this whole dramatic act of yours and sleep with me"

"Nope i dont know what your talking about"

"Yeah that's what i thought, you gonna come over here?"

I ran and jumped in the bed next to Paige I felt her put her head on my chest i put my hand on her head stroking her hair

"I can't imagine my life without you"

I said kissing her head softly

"Wow I really have made you soft haven't I" I hear her chuckle

"Shut up Evans"

She slowly lifts her head and looks at me

"Make me"

"Oh is that how it is?"

"Yeah"

She has the biggest smile on her face

"Okay you asked for it"

I put my hand on her neck and slowly pull her in and kiss her softly i feel her hand going lower on my back i go to deepen the kiss and I subconsciously climb on top of her and i pause for a second to see if she was okay with this and then she kissed me again she grabs the side of my neck to deepen the kiss. Then all of a sudden we hear a knock at the door. I groan and put my forehead to Paige's.

"Maybe if we don't say anything they will go away" I kiss her and chuckle

"You're cute"

Then I heard Dillon's voice

"Hey lovebirds can you stop fucking and come to the party?"

I climbed off of paige

"Okay"

I went to the dresser and took off my shirt to change into a tank top and I caught paige looking at me and I smiled

After I put on my shirt I felt Paige's arms wrap around my waist, I put my hands on top of hers.

We headed out of our room and I held Paige's hand as we entered the room.
