38. Prison

Avni's character is not any perfect or healed women character. Sometimes she feels immense anger that she could destroy anything. Sometimes she got fooled cause of her pure heart.. she made a bf because at some part of her heart she has will to live a normal life then after all the chaos Ranvijay came in her life and tried to love her and in return she constantly hurt him because of her emotional turmoil.

And most important thing in her all life she has never experienced love from anyone father, brother, mother, friend or partner from no one. So, she has no idea how to handle the love and difficulties of relationships .

Avni POV

Because of the very high tide a fish has stranded on the shore now she is gasping for her life. She is left to struggle on the dry sand, and the longer she fights, the weaker she becomes.

Then came a wave, a powerful, all-consuming surge that looked like salvation, pulling the fish back into the water.

But there was no escape.

That's exactly what i felt in the last few hours, that's what I felt when I saw him beside me in prison.

He came like that wave, fierce and overwhelming, to save me. So close I could feel his presence, feel the weight of everything he brought with him. Yet no matter how much I reached for it, reached for him, the distance remained.

As, My past is back to haunt me and this time I will let it destroy me.

Now, there is nothing left except my man.

Who isn't mine.

Believing it is not impossible that he came to save me but it's not right, he has a life which he should live instead of trying to protect me.

I have already surrendered maybe I will be punished for 10 years or if my father's plot twist gets better then it will be at peace for me.

Death sentence.

I saw my death the moment I saw that ugly face police officer coming near us.

Three hours ago,

"Avni, i am going out of Jaipur with ma'am, i will be back in the evening or tomorrow morning." Bhaiya says,with a gentle smile, as he opened the gate of the SUV for me and i walked closer to the car.

We are at the parking area of the building except us and Utkarsh there are few more people from this
building.

After laying down three straight days in that quirky room, he forced me to get out, i didn't have anywhere to go so i called Ishani as she was persisting me to meet her.

"Utkarsh will be all the time with you and I have told Meera kaki to stay if you need any help" he continued.

I didn't know why, but his small caring gesture softened something in me.

"I... thank you," I murmured, glancing back at him.

"Also, I've arranged for a doctor for you, she will come in the evening" he said, his tone suddenly all business.

I took a deep breath, he is constantly forcing me to go to therapy and all, but i can't do it.

And then after a lot of arguments I agreed to meet.

Just to meet for some medical help.

"Come sooner, i will wait for you"I waved him a bye and he nodded.
