They Can't Be Here ~ Ch.1

*Twelve Years Ago - Gojo's POV*

Toji smiled as I put holes through him, I looked at him utterly confused to why he was smiling. There was no way he would survive this.. right? I ran my fingers through my hair as I took a few steps closer to him seeing him look back at me.

"Megumi." Toji stated my eyebrows furrowed together in confusion as I paused.

"The Zenin clan will go after my kids. Don't let them" Toji sighed as his back hit the wall behind him, he was getting weaker.

"Kids? How many do you have?" I asked stunned since he didn't seem like the guy who would have kids.

"There's only two of them you need to get. The other you won't find" He chuckled closing his eyes and I rolled my eyes annoyed.

"Megumi and who?" I sighed but I became more understanding remembering he was from a clan. Being put through the Gojo clan I could relate to not wanting others to go through it.

"Tsumiki is the only other one you need to worry about" He mumbled making me slightly annoyed.

"What do you mean? I can get the other" I growled as I took a few more steps towards him as he laughed shaking his head as he slowly sunk to the ground.

"You won't find her" Toji smirked before bleeding out and I glared at him with my fists clenched.

Finding Toji's kids wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, but a third one didn't legally exist. I searched high and low, searching everywhere and every lead but no one knew Toji had kids, let alone three of them. I sighed as I walked up behind a little kid with a funky style hair do and I laughed.

"Megumi?" I called out and the little one turned around with the most bored look on his face.

"Look I don't know where my dad is" Megumi sighed crossing his arms over his chest but I shook my head.

"What's your last name little one?" I asked to make sure the Zenin clan hadn't gotten to him first.

"Fushiguro.." He mumbled looking at me confused and I sighed in relief as I knelt down to his level.

"Why don't you and your siblings come with me?" I smiled and he looked at me confused.

"Your dad asked me to take care of you and your siblings" I explained as he nodded.

"I can get my step sister Tsumiki but I can't get my older sibling" Megumi stated I clenched my fist in annoyance but tilted my head smiling at the kid.

"And why not?" I asked but he shook his head quickly as he opened their door.

"We don't know where they are and we aren't suppose to talk about them" Megumi said but I caught the sadness in his voice, I stood up straight as he lead me inside their place.

*Present Day*

Even now Megumi still doesn't know who he dad was and repeatedly tells me he doesn't want to know. But even so Megumi never ever talks about his other sibling, no matter how hard I push and no matter how long I've known him he won't budge. I watched him training and I sighed leaning against the wall as I studied over him. In some weird way I felt proud of him, watching how far his come all these years he was stronger now then he was before.

"What are you looking at?" Megumi asked snapping me out of my trance and I laughed.

"I was just watching little one" I stated walking over to him and ruffling his hair, he rolled his eyes.

"Stop that" Megumi scoffed throwing my hand off of his head and I sighed looking down at him.

"Megumi?" I mumbled and he looked up at me as he wiped the sweat off his forehead.

"Aren't you curious to see what they are like now?" I asked and his eyebrows furrowed together in confusion.

"Who?" He sighed but I tilted my head and he studied over my face for a second before shrugging.

"Yeah. I mean I think about them all the time but I just mainly hope they are ok" Megumi explained as I rubbed the back of my head.

"You know I could find them for you-" I tried but Megumi shot me a glare before shaking his head.

"No. They can't.. Be here" Megumi mumbled nervously and I sighed because I just wanted to help.

"I've known you for most of your life. You don't trust me to find them? I don't know anything about them Megumi" I sighed stepping closer to him and he shrugged as he shook his head as he turned away to walk away. I knew it bothered Megumi, he needed his sibling but he wouldn't let me help.

"I'll give you one thing" Megumi stated as he walked away which made me perk up.

"If my math is right they would be 27 turning 28 this year" Megumi explained glancing over his shoulder which made me pause. I watched as he left the room and I sighed rubbing my forehead in confusion, he was confusing me more. Megumi's other sibling was my age? What was Toji doing the entire time.. and how old was he?
