Idiot ~ Ch.3

*Gojo's POV*

Inhaling sharply I watched as Sukuna emerged from the shadows, Megumi froze seeing his best friend with a hole in his chest and Sukuna present instead of Itadori. Mahito was laughing seeing Sukuna walking over to Megumi and I watched I needed to let Megumi handle this.

"What a weakling.. You have so much potential but you are running away from the fight" Sukuna taunted as he stopped a few feet in front of Megumi.

"Waiting for your friend still?" Sukuna smirked as Megumi's hand shook beside him, his downfall was always the ones he cared about. No matter how hard Megumi tried to put up a tough front and not care for people he always ended up caring more then he should and I scolded him for it.

"Shut up" Megumi snapped as he called his wolves and I sighed softly seeing him come back.

"I'll let you play with him. I don't wish you any ill will" Sukuna chuckled before disappearing and as much as I knew I should go after him I stayed to watch Megumi with Mahito.

"He is intense" Mahito shivered as Megumi growled glaring down Mahito.

"What? You aren't running anymore?" Mahito's smirk grew as he walked towards Megumi, Megumi's wolves chasing after him quickly but Mahito quickly sent them away.

"No no no.. No hiding behind your little pets or your teacher who is watching us right now" Mahito laughed glancing over at me and I saw Megumi stiffen.

*Get out of your head. Don't worry about me or anything else, focus on yourself Megumi* I glared at Mahito through my blindfold as he turned back to Megumi.

Mahito just got in his head using me and Megumi knew it he was always worried more about others then he was himself. Now I knew he was more fixated on protecting me even though we both knew Mahito couldn't hurt me. Watching Mahito charge at Megumi he hesitated and Mahito sliced his side with a knife as he laughed with a dark tone.

"Uh oh! Guess you better start thinking quicker" Mahito taunted and I growled seeing Megumi stumble backwards.

"You aren't as fun as Itadori was" Mahito sighed as he walked around stabbing Megumi through his back into his stomach. My eyes widened as I took a step forward shocked, Megumi wasn't fighting back it was like he was mentally checked out.

Everything in me was telling me to go save Megumi as Mahito twirled around Megumi laughing but Megumi's voice was in the back of my head telling me to leave it alone. He was always stubborn and never ever wanted to be saved, he would rip me to shreds later if I did. But I inhaled sharply seeing Mahito turn towards Megumi again dropping his knife and I froze realizing what he was doing. Before I could react there was a knife that flew through Mahito's arm.

"AHH! WHAT THE HELL?!" Mahito screamed and I watched Mahito quickly regrow his arm but the knife took it off clean.

"Aww man another one?" Mahito groaned but my eyebrows furrowed together as I watched a woman with a mask on her face and bandages around her hands emerging from the building with another knife in her hand.

"You guys always ruin my fun!" Mahito shouted looking up at me but I didn't know this woman. My heart started pounding as I watched Megumi slowly sink to his knees, Mahito smiled turning back towards him but within the blink of an eye the woman was standing in front of him.

"Hey!" Mahito jumped but her other knife came back to her hand and Mahito for once looked nervous.

"Come get your girlfriend away from me" Mahito groaned looking over at me but I watched as she threw both of her knives through Mahito cutting through his torso with ease. He stumbled backwards groaning in pain as he slowly patched himself up again.

I walked down to where they were watching as the woman knelt down to Megumi placing her hands over his cuts. My fingers itched wanting to send her to the oblivion but I watched Megumi slowly raise his head looking at her but her mask and long black hair hid most of her features.

"W-What are you doing?" Megumi coughed but after a few seconds she leaned down to his ear before pulling away from him completely.

"Aww now you are coming to? No fun" Mahito whined before disappearing into the air but I kept my eyes fixated on the woman who stood up glancing at me through her hair.

"And what do you think you are doing? You aren't a sorcerer" I growled glaring at her through my mask but she just turned around and disappeared into thin air. Quickly I rushed over to Megumi and cupped his chin making sure he was still awake but he seemed shocked. Ignoring his face I unbuttoned his shirt to check his wounds but they were disappearing.

"What the hell.." I mumbled as I traced my fingers over his stomach not feeling any ounce of curse energy besides for Mahito.

"Are you ok?" I asked taking off my blindfold and looking back at his face seeing he was about as white as a ghost.

"Megumi! You have to tell me something I can't help-" I snapped as I grabbed his chin harshly trying to snap him out of whatever trance he was in.

"I-Itadori.." Was the only thing that fell from Megumi's lips before he fell unconscious. I sighed in relief as I picked him up still hearing his heart beat, he was fine but he had been through a lot today.

"Idiot" I sighed shaking my head as I warped us back to the school and to the nurses area.
