Martlet lifts herself out of her bed and looks around her room. Everything seems to be as it should be; however, she was supposed to be in Clover's room. Did she sleepwalk to her room and make Berdly sleep on the couch, or did Clover carry her to her room due to her constant tossing and turning? "Huh, I don't remember falling asleep in my room; Berdly was supposed to stay in here."

She looked at the window to see sunlight shining through the curtains. She looks at the clock on the wall. 3:12 AM. "I need to fix that clock." She walks out of her room and to the hallway connecting hers and Clover's room walking to check on him. From the hallway she could see into the kitchen and the clock on the microwave read almost the same time as hers. 3:13 AM. Martlet grunted at the clocks being wrong; she hoped this wasn't one of Clover's pranks. She opens the door to Clover's room with a slightly annoyed voice. "Haha very funny changing all the......clocks."

Martlet's eyes widened as she entered the room; it was different. Clover's belongings were missing; his bed, his computer, his clothes, and even all of his family photos were missing; all that sat in the room were boxes of Martlet's old belongings back from Snowdin. "Ok, this is freaking me out, where is Berdly, where is Clover's stuff, and where is Clover?" she pulled out her phone to try and call him; but as she pulled out her phone she noticed the time again. 3:16 AM. "Ok if this is a prank, it's not funny." she dialed Clover's number and let it ring.

"The number you are trying to reach is not in service please try again later."

Martlet's heart began to race, and her breathing grew rapid. "OK CLOVER THIS ISN'T FUNNY, I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU HID YOUR WHOLE ROOM BUT, YOU NEED TO STOP!!"

She sat and waited for a response.....but nobody came. She pulled out her phone again to attempt to call one of his friends, but her phone was suddenly dead. "What the hell I remember charging it last night." she walked into the living room, looking to see if she could find him hiding waiting to jump out at her. She grew very impatient with the cowboy's prank, going from annoyed to furious. "CLOVER WHEN I FIND YOU, IM GONNA KICK YOUR ASS. YOU TOO BERDLY."

Martlet looked around the apartment for the two; stopping at the wall near the hallway to the front door. Something else was missing. "Wait where are all of our photos?" Martlet clenched her wings. "CLOVER IF YOU DON'T COME OUT RIGHT NOW WE ARE THROUGH." But nobody came.

Martlet's breathing grew heavier, she began to shake, and tears began to swell in her eyes. "Where are you?" She leaves through the front door, not even bothering to change out of her pajamas. Martlet flew over the town heading to the mall. "Maybe he was just at work, he was getting his uniform ready last night." She landed at the front entrance and headed inside.

As she walked through the mall things looked different; the stores had no names and yet people were still shopping in them, and as she walked she swore she saw the same monsters in different paces at the same time. She continues to look around for Clover but doesn't see him anywhere, she does however see his boss sitting by one of the exits. He was another human man a couple of years older than her. "Hey excuse me, I'm sorry to bother you but is Clover working today?"

The man looks at her with a confused look before responding. "I'm sorry I don't have an employee by that name."

"But, he's one of your security guards."

"I'm sorry miss but I don't know anyone by that name."

Martlet started to back up from the man. "I'm....I'm sorry to bother you, sir."
