"Nari!!" Jungwoo shouted for my name. I widened my eyes, shooting my head to look at Sunghoon, who's lips curved upright into a smirk.
"Stay fucking quiet." I grit my teeth, being so serious right now.
"Or what? What will you do Nari?" Sunghoon was being so annoying right now, I wanted to flush his head down the toilet, but unfortunately that would make too much noise.
Without saying anything more to this idiot, I peered my head out of the bathroom door, leaving only a small gap.
"Yeah Jungwoo?" I shouted out, and his footsteps made their way over closer to me. My heart beated against my chest, hoping he wouldn't be able to sense Sunghoon in here by any chance.
"I'm coming back home late today, going now, see you." Was all he said, thank god, it was like a weight came off my chest.
And with that, a minute later, the front door slammed shut, meaning he had left.
I opened the door, giving a sigh of relief, but then my lips subconsciously curved into a smile. Damn, that was fun, and I didn't get caught.
I walked out of the bathroom, Sunghoon heading behind me. I could sense the cockiness protruding from him, his walk alone, everything.
"So, wasn't that fun?" Sunghoon leant on the kitchen counter, staring over at me as I completely reduced my smile to a straight line again.
"Are you done fucking up my life now? Can you go?" I hated telling him to leave, but I knew deep down that he probably should before I actually do make a bad decision.
"Taking it as a yes." Sunghoon chuckled lowly, looking down at his phone as he completely ignored my question and did his own thing - like usual.
I rolled my eyes, annoyed by this guy who'd just intruded into my house, and almost fucked up my entire relationship.
Out of nowhere, a knock caught the both of us off guard. I shot my head to the door, and Sunghoon glanced over for a second, then nonchalantly continued looking over at his phone.
What the hell was this guy doing??
I panicked, unsure of what to do. Did Jungwoo forget his keys? What the hell is going on?
"Sunghoon, get out of this room. Go." I told him, although I knew it'd be useless, he'd still do his own thing.
I rushed over to the door, my heart pounding out of my chest like none before. My hands were shaking, fingertips icy with nervousness.
With anticipation, I opened the door, and to my thankful surprise - it was only Eunbyeol with Lea. I gave the biggest sigh of relief in the world, and Eunbyeol smiled brightly, understanding exactly why without me even needing to say anything.
"He's still here huh? And you had Jungwoo in here too? You're crazy Nari, I never knew you were such a bad girl." She nudged me with the widest smile on earth, heading into my house and towards the living room.
My heart beat eased, and after closing the door, I walked towards the living room. No shit, Sunghoon didn't listen to a single thing I said, he was still leant on the counter, looking over his phone and without a care in the world - still here.
He looked up, raising his brows lightly.
"Oh hey Eunbyeol." Sunghoon greeted Eunbyeol. He probably hasn't seen her in a while too, we all went to the same school but to be honest - Eunbyeol wasn't super close with Sunghoon.
"Thank god you're here, save this woman, I beg of you." Eunbyeol chuckled, placing Lea in the living room and switching the tv onto a channel she can watch.
I glared over at Eunbyeol, were they both just ganging up on me? Wow, I see how it is Eunbyeol.
"I know, the things I've heard, horror." Sunghoon chuckled, shaking his head with a smug smile. I rolled my eyes, heading into the kitchen and behind the counter.
I was supposed to go out with Lea today, but at this rate, with Sunghoon being in here, I wasn't sure whether that would actually happen.
"Yeah but, you're getting somewhere - look, she's two timing." Eunbyeol nudged Sunghoon lightly, giving such a suggestive smirk, looking over at me.
I turned around, not cracking a singular smile at all. The two had the most sly grins written on their faces, looking over at me.
"Two timing? Mm, I'm not sure if that's the vocabulary I'd use. More of, picking me over Jungwoo." Sunghoon said, and of course, he had to make it all about him again.
"In hell, your stay is long overdue. Get the fuck out now." I coldly retort, and Eunbyeol gave a scoff.
"Woah, you know what, Sunghoon, are you busy today?" Eunbyeol was already suggesting something I didn't like with that question.
"No, not that I know of, why?" He raised a brow, that familiar smirk raising back onto his lips again.
"We were supposed to go out with Lea together, but how about you tag along too? If you don't mind, that is." Eunbyeol offered, and to be honest, I already knew what his answer would be.
"Sure thing, if Nari doesn't mind." Sunghoon turned around to lean on the counter, staring at me as I just glared back at him, evidently agitated.
