*As you and Demi cruised along the highway, the excitement from Day One still buzzing in your veins. But, the car was also filled with a mix of exhaustion and adrenaline, your laughter echoing in the confines of the car. Demi, her hands still gripping the steering wheel, glanced at you, a mischievous grin playing on her lips*
Demi: So, Ash, how'd it feel to beat Shayna in that match? You literally had the whole arena on their feet!
You: It felt amazing! Day One and all the matches were incredible, even yours
Demi: Thanks, it was good match against Emily. I get why everyone calls her the pitbull
You: She's a tough one to beat, but no one is tough enough to beat you
Demi: You're damn right
*The car then falls into a comfortable silence for a moment, the hum of the engine filling the car. After a few minutes, you felt Demi place her hand on your thigh,which she has done before in the past and you've done it to her. You look away as you start blush and Demi notices, a small smirk forming on her face*
Demi: So, has Hunter asked you to be in the women's rumble yet?
You: No. No one has really been asked yet, he'll probably start planning who he wants next week or something
Demi: I hope. I can see you being in the rumble and head off to WrestleMania 40
You: But, If I'm not in the rumble, there's always Elimination Chamber in Perth
Demi: I can't wait to go back!
*You then feel your phone go off, checking it, you get an email from Hunter. You open it and read it, seeing that you are now a part of the Women's Royal Rumble Match*
You: I spoke too soon
Demi: What happened?
You: I'm now in the royal rumble
Demi: That's what I'm talking about! Let's go, Ash!
*You and Demi get to the hotel, both of you get out of the car and grab your stuff before heading inside. You both walk up to your hotel roo, you unlock the door and walk inside, Demi closes the door behind you*
You: You know, I'm surprise that you don't have to defend the title at Rumble
Demi: Yeah, I asked to not have a match, because I have to scoop out the competition for whoever wins the women's rumble
You: That's smart
*You lay down on your bed, Demi had already been sitting on hers, looking at her phone. Demi looks up from her phone and over at you, but you didn't notice. Demi gets up and goes over to your bed and laid next to you*
Demi: How's your nose?
You: Doesn't hurt as much. Feels a lot better now
Demi: That's good...
*Before you could say anything, Demi leaned over, her lips meeting your's in a soft, tentative kiss. Your fingers tangled in Demi's hair as you both deepened the kiss, your bodies moving closer together until there was no space left between you two. Each touch, each caress, ignited a fire within you and Demi that threatened to consume you both*
