"Kacy you called" I say running into her room

"Mhm guess what just happened" she says cheerful

"What" I say a smile starting to form on my face

"Well we both know how bad last year went but this year we can do it without getting caught" she says smiling from ear to ear

"You serious but who going to buy it?" I asked confused

"Brianna's older brother you know the one not in jail" she says like it made it more distinct

"The one who is in law school?" I ask being confused as fuck because let's be honest what law student buys alcohol for kids underage

"Yep if we meet at Brianna's house she will give it I just need to pay her $20 bucks" she said it as if she was the proudest person ever

"You sure because why would a law student buy alcohol for kids underage?" I ask furrowing my eyebrows

"Uhhh yea I'm sure. And because he's awesome duh!" She said still happy with what she achieved

"Well then Fuck yeah!" I say happy that we can finally set wasted unlike last year

"Wait" I say as I remember something

"What?" She asks not yet realizing

" Benny said at dinner you know before it was just silence that all the sandlot boys are coming over" I say worrying

"So ohhh wait but that means we can go to the basement and actually have fun without not being loud" she says frowning

"We could just give some to the boys" Kacy say thinking it's a good idea

"Kacy! There are like 12 year old there you gonna give a twelve year old beer?" I ask trying to make her see the whole picture

"I mean it's not that bad" she states grinning

"Let's at least go ask about what Benny thinks of all this I mean if he agrees then we probably could get them to chip in on buying it" I say showing the way to the door

"Okay!" She says happy again

Bennys pov

I was in my room waiting until all the sandlot kids came over when I hear knocking and giggling at my door

*ugh what does Kacy want* I think to myself as I tell them to come in

"So Benny uh do you want to get wasted?" Y/n asks abruptly and Kacy elbows her

"Uh I mean like of course I do I'm a teenager. But why do you care" I ask

"Wait are you getting alcohol again! You know how that ended last time" I slightly yell but thankfully mama didn't hear

"We might but we can't get wasted unless we use the basement bc we'll definitely get caught if we go into my room. But your using the basement because the sandlot boys are coming over sooooo would you be ok if we came and brought the booze and hung out with you guys?" My sister asks

"What about people like smalls who is like 12" I ask y/n starts to smile

"They can have some to if they chip in" she says

I can't decide whether I want to deny the offer of alcohol or to agree.

So I do the only thing I can think of

which is to think about the pros and cons.

*I mean if I said yes I could be really bad letting littler kids drink.*

*But on the plus side I would get to hangout with y/n.*

maybe I could kiss her i mean doesn't that happen in movies when people get drunk?

After thinking about the choice for a few minutes I finally responded

"Yes" I said sounding a little hesitant

"Hell yeah!"

Ok but get the boys to chip in for the booze we have to have $20 bucks" Kacy says smiling ear to ear

"Ok I will call them right now" I say

I call everyone telling them to bring some money because we might go to the fair. Now of course I was lying and I did feel a little bad because smalls seemed really happy when I told him about the fair.

but I didn't want to tell them straight up that we are getting drunk tonight.

Now it was 7:30 1 hour and a half till this goes down
