Time skip a week and a half

I wake up around 7:00 am

Kacy had been released from the hospital but was now in a psych ward for her protection

Me and Benny we're happy together

We started playing at the sandlot again

a lot of the boys were disgusted whenever we showed each other affection which was a lot of the time

I drag myself out of bed and I brush my teeth

I put on what I always do a tank top with Jean shorts and I wear my red converse

I put a dodgers hat on then grab my bat and glove heading downstairs

"Bye dad I'm going to the sandlot!" I yell closing my front door

I'm greeted by Benny and smalls

"Hey" I walk up to them giving Benny a kiss before we start walking

We walk to Vincent's drug store into the back ally way thing

"Hey guys" I wave at all of the boys

They say their hellos as everyone continues talking for a few minutes

Benny wrapped his arm around the side of my waist kissing me

I kiss back and pull away after hearing a whole lot of ews and grosssss type comments form the boys

"Bro I swear you guys could not last a week without kissing or hugging each other" Kenny comments

"Yeah yeah I don't think you could even last a day!" Yeah yeah adds

"Yes we could!" Benny and I argue

"Yeah then prove it" I look at Benny

"What do you mean?" I ask partly knowing the answer

"The first one of you to kiss hug touch or do any other type of boyfriend/girlfriend affection before the end of the week loses" ham says

(It's Tuesday and it ends on Sunday)

"I'll take that bet rodrigeuz?" I turn putting my hand out for him to shake

"I'll take it, loser owes winner $2.50?" I nod shaking his hand

We both take a few step away from each other

"Come on guys we're losing sunlight" Bennys says

I hear a few groans but everyone follows

I decide to walk near the back and talk to smalls

"Hey smalls" I smile and he returns the smile

"Hey y/n, do you actually think you and Benny are going to be able to not show affection?" I shrug

"I don't like physical affection that much so I'll be fine" he nods

"Anyways I heard about Kacy" I sigh

"Yup she's in the loony bin now" I laugh

"Are you doing okay?" I nod

"Yeah I mean it's not the worst thing that's happen to me, don't worry smalls I'll be fine" he doesn't look convinced but agrees

We get to the sandlot and I go to the dugout as everyone else heads to their spots on the field

Benny goes to bat and I hear ham saying stuff to try and throw him off

Kenny starts winding his arm to throw when one thing that ham say's actually does throw off Benny

"Hey is that y/n naked in left field?!" Benny glances quickly at left field
