Pt. 38 benny🥰🥰

I sit in the dugout while the boys play cheering them on

I couldn't play I felt weird

It was like there was a voice in my head telling me everything I do wrong, I'd never had insecurities like this before I've only had things liek oh my nose looks a little weird but this was different

I never wanted to show my body I didn't feel comfortable with it anymore, it was all because of Jake

After that night I started feeling this ashamed feeling about my body

I don't know how I wore that dress today I was constantly thinking all the boys were judging me

I think Benny knew how though?

It's not like I told him but it was always like he knew when I felt uncomfortable and tried to ease the stress

I focus back on the game after staring off into space for a minute

Benny was up to a bat and Kenny gave him his 'heater'

He hits the ball with ease and starts sprinting

He gets to first, second, third! And as he's running to fourth yeah yeah catches the ball so Benny runs back to third but Bertram catches the ball before he gets to third base

They go back and forth until Benny finally touches home plate then I hear it

I stand looking at the sky and so does everyone else I start smiling the biggest smile ever

Fireworks

The start going off like crazy and I pull my disposable camera out and snap a picture

"Y/n?" I hear Benny call my name

"Hmm" I hummed it was like I was in a trance by the fireworks

"It's 9:30" I turn and he's holding his gift bag

I take the bag and open it

There is a teddy in the bag and it has one of those paws with a button

I press the button and hear Bennys voice

"Y/n Phillips will you do me and this teddy the honour of being my girlfriend?" I look at Benny blushing a little

"So?" He stare nervously

I just wrap my arms around his neck and passionately kiss him

I pull away "what do you think about that answer?" He smirks

"I think I want that answer every day for the rest of eternity" my heart is literally melting from this man

"I also have this box for you as a gift" he picks a box up from under the dugouts bench

It's filled with a bunch of stuff there's all your favourite candies, a almost completely empty photo album which Benny told me was because it will be for all the photos you guys take together

There's also some baseball stuff like one of Bennys baseball cap and a jersey with Rodrigues on the back
There is also a few letters lists and notes about how he love you and what he likes about me and finally a walk-in talkie

"Why is there a walkie talkie?" I raise an eyebrow

"So we can always talk where ever i have one as well" he explains and I smile

"You are the best boyfriend I could have" I wrap my arms around his neck once again

"And your the best girlfriend ever" He wraps his arms around my waist and kisses me just as another round of fireworks go off

I hear cheering in the background and laugh as I turn to see all the boys excitedly looking at me and Benny

We play for a little more and I bat once

I didn't really want to play cause I didn't want any attention on me

I had been feeling anxious almost all day in my dress but after Benny kissed me all my worries disappeared it was like he solved every problem

He made them disappear and I loved it

I hope I can convince my dad to let Benny sleep over tonight because I don't want him to go right after we had gotten together

After another half hour the fireworks stopped and so we all went home

The group got smaller and smaller as more and more people leave

Soon it's just me and Benny we have our fingers interlocked

"Benny" I turn to face him as we are about to part ways

"Yes my darling princessa" he smiles not letting go of my hand

"I want you to stay over tonight" I smile innocently

"We both know your dad would never let that happen if we are dating" he smiles

"I'll convince him, please will you stay if he lets you" I give him puppy dog eyes

"Yes" he says and so I basically drag him to my house

"Dad!" No response

"Dad?!" No response again

I'm about to call again when I hear a voice creep from nowhere "He's not home" my brother informs me

"Oh ok well Bennys staying the night" I grab Bennys hand and try to walk out the back door before Jordan says anything but I don't make it

"Yeah no" I roll my eyes

"Yeah he's staying just Jordan don't say anything I do so much for you just do me this one favour"

He stares hesitantly "fine" he says then goes back up to his room

"Let's go to the greenhouse" I drag Benny before he can respond and then we are in the greenhouse

I plopped down on the couch and benny did the same right beside me

I kiss him and he kisses back

We both grow into the kiss and I move closer and closer, until I moved and just sat on His lap

We start making out
