Next morning, Alex was up before anyone else. Nathan woke up shortly after.
When Alex was coming out of the bathroom, he didn't notice a leg sticking out in his way. He stumbled but didn't fall because of his height and physique. But that gave Nathan enough time to struck his legs on his calf and he fell down.
"Oof!"
Nate pinned down Alex and straddled him.
"What the hell, Nate?"
Nathan studied him for a few seconds.
"You are weak."
Alex raised an eyebrow at him.
He then rolled over taking Nathan by surprise and pinned him down with one arm on his neck and another balancing him from falling down.
"Wanna see how much? Just a quick pinch on the right spot and you would be out. Wanna test out?" There was a tone of humour in his voice.
Nathan rolled his eyes.
"I didn't mean it like that. I mean in hand-to-hand combat. The gang you are messing with ain't some local goon. It's the Red Data Book. Guns, specialized fighters, blood would start to come in your way soon. As a basketball player, you may be stealthy and have little tricks, but you need to be trained in hand to hand combat. These little tricks would help you in intense moments but you should remember, you aren't the one with tricks. Even a tickle is enough to distract the enemy for a second and in a fight, a second is enough to defeat the opponent. Just like this...."
Nathan attacked the hand that balanced Alex and his heavy body fell on him.
"Damn! You are heavy." Nathan choked.
Alex lifted himself up from Nathan.
"You are correct." Alex hummed.
"So shall we start from today?" Nathan grinned.
"It would take atleast a year to be a specialized one, don't you think?"
"Dedication and determination can make you learn swimming in a week."
Alex just stared.
"Alright, we will start after breakfast. Let's wake Colton up."
Nathan and Alex walked over to Colton who was now dozing off in his chair, his hands and legs still tied.
Nathan extended his hand to call him but Alexander stopped him.
Alex raised his hand and slapped Colton across the face.
Colton's eyes jerked open.
Alex gripped the handles of the chair.
"Ready to speak?" Alex gritted out.
Colton kept quiet.
Anger rushed through Alexander. Before he knew, he had landed a punch on Colton's face and his lip split open.
"Speak!"
Alex punched him again.
"Speak!"
Punch!
"Speak!"
Punch!
He was going to land another punch when Nathan pulled him back.
"Alex! Stop! You would kill him!"
"He needs to fucking die!" Alex yelled.
"No! Alex, control yourself! For Athena, please!"
