Pepper and May are friends, May knows about spiderman. 

Pepper and May overhear Tony saying that he would talk to peter's "unusually attractive aunt"

May: Pepper are you hearing this?

Pepper: I've gotten used to him, I just ignore it because he never goes further then flirting.

May: Why though?

Pepper: I think it's just a habit to keep up the 'playboy' act

May: well, you know him best, so I trust you, but if he goes too far I will slap him

Pepper: Be my guest, if he goes too far then you would only be defending yourself

Peter: This is weird, he's flirting with my aunt, and also he's flirting while married. I know it's his persona but it's still really weird

Nat: Agreed, but we all have our quirks and habits, especially Tony.

May: when did you two even get here??

Peter: I've been here the whole time.

Nat: As I said, we all have our habits, I was trained to be silent and unnoticed, it sticks.

May: huh.

Nat: And not just for me either, Bucky, Clint, Wanda, Peter and Loki do it too

May: why Peter? I understand the others but Peter?

Peter: May, I'm spiderman, remember? You kind of freaked out when I told you.

May: Yes, I don't think I could forget that. I just didn't make the connection I guess.

Pepper: oh well, now we have four people to slap Tony

Peter: I don't want to slap anyone

Nat: I'd rather punch him, but slapping him will do.

Bucky: WE'RE PUNCHING TONY!?!

Nat & Peter: No, Bucky

Pepper and May: CAN YOU GUYS STOP DOING THAT??

Peter: oh yeah, I forgot that you guys can't sense other people.

May: you can WHAT??

Peter: I can sense danger, potential threats, and people.

May: Actually, that makes me feel a bit better about you being spiderman.

Peter: HECK YEAH!

Steve: *from the other room* LANGUAGE!

Bucky and Nat- who almost always act emotionless: *Burst out laughing*
