Unrelated shout out to @agraceway for finding me in the comments of another book, then after I told them about my book, they said they'd read it. I hope you see this.
I've seen this story done before, then found another version by someone else. I was going to put this in the comments, but I decided to just put it here.
So basically, Peter got captured by hydra blah blah blah, they gave him a scar at the base of his neck/between his shoulder blades with his name and it also says "property of Hydra" Peter was rescued and lives with the avengers

Peter: *looking at the scar in his mirror*
Bucky: *walking past peters open door* *sees the scar*
Peter: *self conscious*
Bucky: kid, relax, look. *shows matching scar* you're not alone.
Peter: *starts crying while hugging Bucky*
Nat and Wanda: *walking past the room* *see them crying together*
Nat: are they ok?
Wanda: *reads peters mind* they're crying because they have matching scars
Nat: *walks in* hey.
Peter and Bucky: *panic*
Nat: it's ok, look *pulls down the back of her shirt's collar* I have one too.
Wanda: *lifts her hair* so do I.
Peter: *massive group hug as they all start crying*
Tony: *walks past and sees this, but ignores it because they are the deadliest Avengers and he knows better then to try embarrassing them*

I apologise for it being so short, this was intended to be a comment but got too long. I'm working on 5 drafts at once because I have ideas and get scared that I'll forget them so I make it straight away but I'm shit at endings and it's almost always "Tony was gonna say something but decided to bite his tongue"
