Not A Brother

There aren't really any ships (I usually write Stucky so that may appear) some irondad at the beginning (Tony adopted Peter.)
As always, everyone is alive and Thanos was killed when he snapped (Loki was blipped, not killed) everyone was brought back in 5 years (around 6 months before the story)
Story takes place in 2023. <This stuff is only relevant because of ages, there are no specific year based events or anything. Also in this, Sif lost her arm years ago, when Thor tried to declare war on Jötunheim, not fighting Gorr.

3rd person:

Tony was worried. Thor was coming to visit and was bringing Loki. No one knew how Peter would react but Tony was pretty sure that he'd either be afraid or try to befriend Loki. He didn't know which would be worse, as Loki was definitely not a people person and also could be very dangerous.

"Thor, are you sure I should come with you? Your friends didn't seem terribly fond of me the last times we both visited." Loki asked nervously, "Of course I'm sure. Stark has adopted a child. He'll love you, he was very happy when I told him about you." "A child? Thor, children are terrified of me, rightfully so."

Thor rolled his eyes, reminding Loki that some people actually do like him and saying that Peter was not like the children on Asgard.

With that, Loki agreed to see for himself and they left, traveling through the Bifrost and landing in a specific area of grass, next to the helipad, that Tony had labelled "Thor's landing area so he stops fucking up the grass"

With a loud rumble of thunder, the Avengers were alerted that Thor had arrived.

Peter's POV:

I'm really excited, Thor is coming to visit and he said he's bring Loki! Everyone seems scared of Loki but Thor told me loads of stories and I can't wait to see them both.

Especially since Loki's been through a lot, and what happened wasn't even Loki's fault. No one holds a grudge against Nat or Wanda or Pietro for what they did and people never blamed Clint or Bruce in the first place. Even though dad is probably never gonna fully forgive Bucky, he's accepted it and knows it wasn't his fault. So I don't know why everyone seems to hate Loki so much.

3rd Person POV:

The elevator dinged and everyone looked over to see Thor step out. Loki was walking behind Thor. Loki was walking confidently but hidden shyly. 

Everyone kept their eyes on the younger god, strangely though Bucky seemed completely comfortable around Loki. Bucky had told Steve that while in hiding he'd caught up on everything that had happened since Steve woke up, so it wasn't because he didn't know about the attack on New York.

What was even more odd though was that Natasha and Pietro weren't terribly wary either and they hardly ever trust quickly, Wanda didn't bother trying to read Loki's mind. The twins were also aware of what happed in 2012. Natasha was there, her own best friend was controlled. Even Clint was fine. He'd previously told Nat that he'd seen some of Loki's memories when he was first controlled, and never really blamed Loki for what happened in the first place.

Steve decided to trust Loki, knowing that the attack was the result of brainwashing, and that some of his closest friends (Bucky, Nat & Wanda) did. It also helped that Steve tried not to be a hypocrite and having fought to defend Bucky's innocence in a similar situation, he had to at least accept that it really wasn't Loki's fault.

After a while everyone was more comfortable, even Loki. 

After saying hello to Thor, everybody broke off into their little friend groups. Wanda, Vision, Pietro, Nat and Clint were in one corner of the room, Clint hung upside down from a vent, Nat and Pietro were standing under him (but not directly under him) and Wanda and Vision were floating in between. Tony and Rhodey and Pepper were sitting on the couch talking. Thor and Steve were joking around with Sam. Bucky, Loki and Peter were all standing on their own.
