Yoohoo the Senegal: Night of the Vanishing Sun

AN: This episode isn't until later in the season, but I wanted to go on ahead and rewrite this episode to give kudos to the solar eclipse happening this year. It is by far the craziest episode in the whole season and I love it. Like "Roodee's Two Faces", this episode will be moved to the actual story when it's time; prepare to see what I have in store for Chaos Roodee cause trust me I have lots planned.

Original episode title: The Sun has Disappeared

"Guys, this is awful!" Chewoo exclaimed. She was seen running towards three of her friends all chilling together on the nearby park bench. Yoohoo cocked his head in confusion, wondering what the heck was happening. "Chewoo, what's up?" he asked her. "Haven't you heard? The sun is gonna vanish!" she exclaimed. Before the others could react, Roodee immediately appeared on the scene holding his encyclopedia. "The sun doesn't exactly vanish, so stop getting shocked," he said.

He turned to a page in his book, finally finding the very thing he was looking for. "You see, a solar eclipse happens when the moon passes between the sun and the Earth, causing the moon to cast a shadow on the Earth itself," he said as he read from his book. This made the other four sigh in relief after hearing that their friend had to say. "So the sun isn't going to vanish at all right?" Pammee asked the capuchin as he closed his book. "Nope, so don't worry about it. After all, the eclipse won't last for too long," he said with a smile.

I've wanted to see an eclipse for the longest time now. This is gonna be awesome! he thought to himself with a smile, looking up. Solar eclipses were a rare sight that happened in the world, so seeing one would really be a sight to see. Yoohoo smiled at his friend. He could tell how excited Roodee was to see such a thing. Not gonna lie, he wanted to see it too after seeing how Roodee described it. This was going to be a beautiful sight they'll never forget.

Of course Oops and Koops, the resident minions to Big Boss and also Dr. Eggman, had to hear in on this phenomenon happening. When Koops came to tell his brother the news, he was wearing a ghost mask which caused Oops to pass out on the spot. Koops took his mask off and quickly helped Oops back up to his feet, and all while he was enjoying a good lunch.

"Hey Oops, it's me Koops!" Koops exclaimed as Oops got up. He growled at his sibling. "What?! Why did you do that you scared me!" he snarled, making Koops soon chuckle in response. "I sure did, and I'm gonna do the same thing to those pesky Mobians when it gets dark soon." Oops tilted his head in confusion as Koops explained about the eclipse happening. "...On top of that, I can't wait to scare everyone in town!" he finished, placing his mask back on. "This is gonna be fun!" Oops added as the two gators laughed. If there was one thing they were good at, it was scaring people.

Everyone gathered to the spot Roodee suggested them to meet up at for a good eclipse viewing spot. "So...why here?" Lemmee asked crossing his arms. "Well you know I wanted to choose a good spot for all of us to enjoy the solar eclipse, so I chose here!" he finally said swishing his tail. Lemmee couldn't argue with him there. "So...how much longer?" Yoohoo asked. "Not too much longer. Should be a little while," Roodee then said pulling out a watch he carried.

That wasn't until Yoohoo sensed something. He told everyone to look up, and they did. The eclipse had started, and they all got to witness it. Roodee's eyes were lighting up in happiness at this response and the others couldn't help but smile at him. What happened afterwards...wasn't nice. Lemmee's eyes turned into rings of fire, soon spewing actual lasers from them. "WHAT THE-" he started, freaking out. Pammee was screaming to the point she couldn't handle how well her ears were picking up so many sounds at once, almost as if they were clashing. "I CAN HEAR TOO WELL ALL OF A SUDDEN!" she screeched, pinning her ears down with her hands.
