CHAPT:: nine

"GWEN WAKE UP" finney yelled, throwing a pillow at my head, obviously missing.

I groaned in annoyance as i covered my face with the pillow finney recently threw at me

"five more minutes" I said, resting my eyes, 'five more minutes my ass' i heard finn mumbled to himself

he took the blanket off me and opened my blinds letting the light in

"FINN" I yelled, I heard him laugh and go into his room

9:47 am, I read on my clock,
we didn't have school today since it was the weekend

me and Finn were gonna go to the diner to eat lunch at 11 instead of cooking so I got up and decided to get ready

I took a shower and brushed my teeth, I didn't know what to do with my hair today

I blow dried my hair, burning myself alive as the hot air went in my hair and my face.

after awhile I decided on a half up half down

I did a bit of mascara and went to find a pair of clothes, deciding on jean shorts and a black long sleeve.

it was gonna be around 80 degrees today and me and Finn were gonna go hang out after eating.

I decided to finish my book I was reading yesterday, seeming as I had 20 minutes before we had to leave

I began reading for awhile, this book was a bit interesting but also, entertaining. which is why I got it, I have a lot of books.

"GWEN COME ON WERE LEAVING" I heard finn yell, I put the book on my desk and slipped on my vans.

I walked out my room and made my way to the front door and saw finney leaning on it

"finally!! that took you ages.", "shut up that took me 2 minutes!!", "exactly." finn said

the diner was only a 10 minute walk from where we lived

we began talking on the way there, it was warm outside. which I was glad about, but it was gonna be boiling later on

"we should go swimming after this! I mean, we can invite our friends?"
finn suggested, I nodded

"yea! Let's just stop at our house and get our swim stuff and call them afterwards? It's a weekend anyways I'm sure they'll say yea!"

"cool cool" he said as we walked into the diner, we got a table and waited for our menus to come

"I wanna get a chocolate milkshake" I said, finn furrowed his eyebrows. "I thought you hated chocolate milkshakes?" he questioned

I shrugged "well I mean, it's not to late to try something new! plus, vanilla is getting boringgg!!" I said, he chuckled

"I'm getting the sundae. and a burger with fries." he said, "oo ill get that too but without the sundae." he nodded
