Walang tigil ang luha ko habang tinitingnan ang annulment papers na may pirma ni Leyton. Pirma ko nalang ang kulang para tuluyan na nga kaming magkahiwalay.

Tinanggal niya na rin ang sarili niya bilang CEO ng kompanya.

Nabalitaan ko na lilipad na rin siya pabalik ng States.

Wala na nga talaga... Wala na...

Nanginginig ang kamay ko habang inaabot ang ballpen. Once I sign this paper, everything that Leyton and I shared will be vanish.

I blew a deep breath. Pagkatapos ay buong tapang akong pumirma.

Starting from that day, I focused more on myself. I went out of town, traveled, ate what I wanted, meditated... everything! I did everything to make me moved on.

My secretary smiled from ear to ear. "As usual, Miss Alfanta... We're in the final stages of discussions and expect to reach an agreement soon. They're impressed with our growth trajectory and are eager to be part of our success!" she reported.

"Grabe, Miss Alfanta. Halos mag-unahan na ang mga gusto mag-invest sa kompanya natin!"

Napangiti ako sa aking narinig. All those years, I've been growing not just for my personal success but also when it comes to business.

My walls were too high now.
