Emma and Norman sometimes meet at random times. None of them were complaining though.

The ginger-haired girl discovered that she liked complaining or just talking about whatever was coming to her mind to Norman. On his side, he already knew it but he loved to listen to her ramble randomly. She would sometimes ask him for advice about random things and he would always try to give her his most honest opinion.

Emma would often find him drawing in the park. She loved to just observe him draw. She found it fascinating.

He had learned that Curt, Emma's boyfriend, was on a business trip and was coming back in a few weeks. During those few weeks, there was Ray and Anna's wedding.

Norman and Gilda had been the two to arrive early since they were helping the future bride and the future groom to get ready. As well as being one of the best men and one of the bridesmaids.

Ray was pacing out as he nervously bit on his claws, a habit he never managed to get rid off. Norman grabbed his wrists, making the wolf stop at the same time.

« Ray, stop. You don't want to hold Anna's hand with your hands full of blood because you bit off your claws too much. Don't you? »

The black-haired boy let out a sigh before sitting down on a chair.

« I can't help myself. What if she ends up realizing I'm not good enough for her? And that's going to be the first time I ever meet her parents face to face. I only ever spoke to them on the phone because Anna wanted me to be the one to tell them about the wedding. What if they don't like me? What if they hate wolves and don't accept their daughter to be with someone like me?! »

Norman rolled his eyes.

« Anna would never get tired of you, that's for sure. You told me her parents were excited to meet you. And that they don't seem to be the judgemental type of people. And if I remember correctly, Anna also reassured you about them. No? And didn't you already meet them before? At least her dad when I was sick that time and you went to find them. You told me he was a nice man that just wanted to help us. So stop worrying about them. It's your big day after all. »

« Yeah... you're right. Sorry. »

« Don't apologize. You have nothing to apologize about anyway. »

The two brothers stayed in a comfortable silence until Ray decided to break it.

« What do you intend to do after all of this? »

Norman looked at his brother.

« What do you mean? »

« After the wedding, I'll go live with Anna for good. But what about you? You could come live with us, we'll help you find a job, a good place to live and everything. »

« Ray. I appreciate your concerns, really. I don't want to be a bother to you and Anna. After the wedding I'll be going back to the house and I'll try to find myself a job or something. So don't worry about me. I can take care of myself and you know that. »

Ray only let out a sigh as the door opened, making both boys look toward it. Gilda entered the room and went toward the wolf.

« Sorry to disturb you, boys. I just want to check if your outfits are alright. »

Ray got up and they let Gilda do what she had to do.

« All of the guests are here and waiting for the ceremony to start. We're only waiting for you, Ray. »

« Alright. Then, let's go. »

Gilda, followed by Ray, left the room. Norman looked at them leave, a smile on his lips, before following them.
