Carlina paced the floor of the ship, once Obi Wan had heard of the news he had sent Cody and a few of the men of the 212 to accompany her on the trip,"General anymore pacing and you might burn a hole into the floor." Cody commented, "How can I? Crosshair has been hurt, and It's all because I wasnt there to protect my squad." "Chill General, Crosshair only got hurt because he got too cocky on one of the missions, he's a trooper he'll pull through." Sighing she sat down," How did it happen?" "From what the report said, Wrecker placed a poorly made explosive and it wen't off too early. Luckly for Crosshair he only got a few broken ribs and a few gashes. He'll heal quickly with Tech's endless knowledge of medical stuff." "This is true, I'm honestly surprised Master Windu let me go." "Your place is with your squad, he knows that. Not to mention that it gives you a good excuse to go see mister lover boy!" Carlina and Cody burst out laughing, "We'll be arriving soon Commander." "Very well Gunner." The clone saluted before heading back to the pilots seat," It's not like Wrecker to make a mistake on a mission, I wonder what made him loose focus. He knows not to use miss made bombs." "Your squad's been a wreck since you left Carlina, you've become a part of their routine once you left it threw them in for a loop. I suggest you take it easy on Wrecker he already feels guilty about the incident." "Don't worry, I'm not mad at all. I'm just shocked that they've allowed themselves to fall apart." Cody nodded his head, "Their performance rates have dropped since you left, perhaps it would be best if you stayed with your squad." "Oh I can't do that, Obi Wan will need my help." "I think General Kenobi can handle himself Carlina, no offense." "None taken, I think your idea is a good one. After all I'm not part of the Jedi order, so technically I could just stay with them.""That's the spirit, once we drop you off we'll be heading back to help aide the Generals." Gunner turned in his seat, "We're going to end that stupid droid once and for all." He shouted,

"Point well made boys, but till then could we please focus on getting Carlina back with her boys?"Carlina's head spun when she heard a familiar voice, a woman in dark brown robes was leaning against the doorways. "Captain Turner, what a lovely surprise!" He said standing at attention, "At ease Commander, I'm surprised the General didn't inform you I was coming along on this mission." "As I recall you were supposed to meet with the Generals on Courascant for the breifing." Cody stated folding his arms, "Relax, once I heard that my dear old friend was on board I just had to see her." Carlina grinned and gave her friend a big hug, "Sandra Turner, this is a surprise!" "Well I hope so Carlina, do you have any idea how much trouble I'm going to be in when I get back?" "I'm sure Master Windu will take it easy on you." Sandra huffed, "He'll have my hid if that's what your saying, but who cares. How long has it been?" "Well it's been a while, still a Jeid knight?" Carlina commented, "Better believe it sister, and I'm damn proud of it. I honestly don't care if I ever become a Jedi master." "Oh don't say that Captain, I'm sure you'll be one some day." Cody stated slightly blushing," What's up with him?" Carlina whispered," Don't ask, lets just say I'm a pretty face who plays hard to get." "As you should Sandra. How is master Plo Koon?" "He's doing good, busy as usealy with the war and what not. I mainly stay at the temple, those younglings wont teach themselves." "I agree, so what mission were you sent off to do?" "Kamino, one of the clones had a weird experience. Fives kept claiming of the Kaminons controling them with chips, he attacked the chancellor." "Fives did that?" "I know, something smells funny Carlina. I don't like it at all." "I'm sure it's nothing, but if it's any comfort I've been feeling the same thing since I left Kashyyk." "Perhaps, but I think we had better watch out backs from now on." Sandra whispered, Carlina watched as Cody and another clone started laughing, "I'm afraid your right Sandra, I think it wise we always be on alert from now on."

Back on Kamino Shaak Ti had problems of her own, the recent event had left her shaken. The case that she had sent to the Jedi counsel had turned up empty, she knew something was wrong when the Chancellor had showed up. The clone she knew as CT-5555 or known by his brothers and General and Commander as Fives was shot and killed, she knew something bad was about to happen. "Is something wrong?" Lama Su asked,"Nothing is wrong Prime minister, I must see to the troops training." Walking out of the white meeting room she clenched her hands into fists, a part of her screamed at her to run as far as she could from this place but the fear of being kicked off the counsel held her in check. In the mean time she prepared to fight to her last breath if needs be.
