Storm had decided what she was going to do. At the moment joining Dick on this wild idea he had of the hybrids helping the Light seemed like a likely decision. Dangerous but still anything was worth a shot. Nightwing stood at the massive super computer, looking up locations on hybrids and trying to decide the best way to get around to at leasr twenty of them by April. Warrior sighed as she saw him standing there as she walked through the zeta beams as the computer stated her arrival.

"A hello would be nice" she said as she walked up behind him.

He quickly typed on the keyboard and then the computer screen went black as somewhere across the room began to make noises. Quickly turning to her he grabbed her, forcing her into a tight embrace. Warrior laughed as Nightwing began to quickly mutter to her about how happy he was she was alive. Warrior pulled away first and pretended to scowled him.

"You should be resting, not working"

"The plan got more serious after your.. eh.." Nightwing didnt know what to call it.

Her near death expierence? Her father nearly killing her? Warrior nodded and smiled. She expected Nightwing to be this way.

"Anyways you should be resting too. How did you get past Connor? I left him with you for a reason"

"Im not going to lie, it was alot easier than i thought"

The two started to laugh before Warrior cleared her throat.

"How are you feeling? Hows your shoulder?" She asked as she remembered the cottage of death and the way her father was.

"Im okay, Your the one who should be getting all the emergency attention. I got all checked out days ago"

"Days ago? Ah crap did i miss another week of my life?"

"Congrats, you made it a week this time"

"How are you in such great spirits, i nearly died!" Warrior said trying to be funny but really she was just curious.

"I knew you would come back. How many times have you nearly died now? You always come back"

Nightwing pulled her into a hug and kissed her forehead.

"I always knew you would come back" he whispered into her hair.

Warrior smiled into Nightwings chest but she couldnt help think, what about if at some time she never comes back? She dread to think what would happen.

"I've decided to join you, with the Hybrids"

"Great, now i wont have to go alone"

Warrior pulled away and laughed to herself lightly.

"Are you saying that if i didnt go then you'd go alone?"

"What choice would i have?"

"Why isnt anyone else going?" Warrior asked raising an eyebrow.

Nightwing sighed and leaned agaisnt the computer.

"I didnt want to tell you straight away but remember when you said that sometimes it feels like im more like your boss than your boyfriend"

Warrior nodded. She remembered.

"Well think of this as a little holiday for ourselves"

"A little holiday? For us? While were looking for Hybrids?"

"Yeah"

Storm smiled to herself as she thought about it. It would be nice to get away for awhile and forget everything.

"Okay"

"Great, I'll pick you up at eight to get to the airport, first stop Florida"

"Disney land Florida?"

"Only one Florida"

Storm kissed him quickly before heading out of the Mount. Turning around to Dick she shouted.

"I have nothing to wear to Florida"

"You won't be wearing much anyway"

Storm looked up at Dick, her eyes wide as she saw that little smirk he had. As she was about to say something Impulse ran past them.

"Ew guys! Talk about something else! Please!"

Storm burst into a fit of laughter, as did Dick as he went back to the computer and Storm went back through the Zeta tubes.
