Eggman pressed a button a purple portal appeared below the four heroes

As the heroes found themselves engulfed by the purple glow of the portal, they were transported to somewhere familiar yet not
There were dead animals everywhere
Sonic| What is this place?
Amy| It's Emerald Hill but something is off... Wait guys look Sonic that guy looks like you
The three boys looked at where Amy was pointing
Knuckles| huh? He seems off though
The doppelganger turned toward them his eyes were black with red glowing eyes and also blood was dripping from the eyes
Sonic exe| (echoes) Ahh new heads for my collection HAHAHAHA
Sonic| Who are you?
Sonic.exe grinned menacingly, his voice echoing with an eerie resonance.
Sonic.exe| I am Sonic.exe, the embodiment of darkness and chaos a god in this place now I'm giving you in a count of 20 if I catch you...
Sonic.exe ran a finger in his neck signifying death
Sonic and the others wasted no time. The eerie atmosphere filled with echoes of Sonic.exe's chilling laughter intensified their urgency.
Sonic| Tails, Knuckles, Amy, stick close! We need to find a way out of here.
They sprinted through the distorted version of Emerald Hill Zone, the once vibrant landscape now twisted and distorted, mirroring the dark entity that pursued them.
Sonic.exe| (voice echoing) Tick-tock, Sonic. The countdown has begun.
As they raced through the corrupted zone, Sonic.exe's presence seemed to warp the very fabric of reality. The air became thick with an otherworldly malevolence, and the heroes could feel the ominous gaze of Sonic.exe watching their every move.
???| Over here it's safe come here quickly
A mysterious voice called out to Sonic and the others from a concealed area in the distorted Emerald Hill Zone. Without hesitation, they followed the sound, hoping for a way to escape the clutches of Sonic.exe.
They reached a hidden alcove where a cloaked figure awaited them. The hooded stranger gestured for Sonic and his friends to enter a mysterious portal.
Cloaked Figure| Hurry, there's no time to waste. Step into the portal, and I'll guide you to safety.
