14: Fallen Hero

3rd person pov:

After throwing Hawks through the portal. Dabi heads out to where endeavour is. On his way over. He watches Hawks on his phone.

Dabi:"I'd better knock him out before he finds out what's next."

With the press of a button. Hawks falls to the floor.

Tokoyami:"Hold it Dabi! We're not done."

Dabi:"Fly away hot topic. Let Hawks sacrifice not be for nothing. After all, you'll never see him again. "

Enraged, tokoyami goes to attack dabi. Only to be grabbed by tamaki and pulled away.

Taka:"Your quirk is a bad match for his.  Let someone else handle him."

Toko:"He took hawks!"

Tama:"That doesn't excuse the fact that he'll kill you. "

Dabi soon meets with Endeavor and shoto for the big reveal.

Enji is frozen in fear and sarrow as dabi comes in for an attack. Only for Best Jeanist to capture him.

Sho:"I'll freeze him so we can move on."

Dabi laughs and breaks free from the threads.

Dabi:"How pathetic the number one hero is. Even after everything I've done. You won't attack me. At least we know Hawks has a type and likes to keep it in the family. "

Enji's eyes widen.

Enji:"Where is he?"

Dabi:" I'll let him go in three months. That is unless you can find him before then."

Dabi throws Hawks phone. Causing it to crack. The selfie lock scream of the winged hero with grumpy enji flickers on the ground.

Dabi:"You can't use that to track your assassin hero."

On the public video playing is all of the kills Hawks has done over the past year. As the footage of each death plays. People rip feathers and break the merchandise they have of him.

Dabi:"The next time you see him. He'll be dead."

As more heroes draw near. The league makes their escape.

Once inside the hide out. Dabi unlocks his bedroom, and Toga walks in behind him.

Toga:"He's the one that killed twice?"

Dabi:"Yeah. I need your help to make two heroes suffer."

Toga smiles with a knife in hand. Ready for whatever dabi has planned.

Hours pass, and dabi is heating up a knife.

Whimpers fill the quiet room. A body trembles on a table. As cords are hooked into portal on the body. Fingers contort in pain. Body strapped down, unable to get away. A mask with a tube going down the throat is strapped on with a nose pinching piece. Forcing the breathing tube to control each break. Sucking air out to put fresh in by force.

Dabi:"So you finally woke up. Rest easy. The pain won't be going away anytime soon. Heheh."

Hawks cries in pain. As dabi blindfolds him.

Dabi:"Can't have you getting distracted from the pain."

Tubes are in his chest, sides, back, stomach, arms, legs, head, and neck.

Dabi:"I warned you that suffering would come if you didn't choose me. So you'll die a heroic and tragic death."

As the table lifts up. Hawks weight begins to hang on the cords. Causing screams to ring out. Even as he tries to gasp and breathe freely. Then a glass case wraps around the table to enclose Hawks inside. After that, it begins to fill with liquid.

Dabi:"If you had only chosen different. You could have saved so many lives. I was willing to give up on vengeance for you. We could've had a normal life."

Toga:"how long have you loved him?"

Dabi:" I don't love him. I just wanted someone to play with. He was the only one who looked past my scars. Even if it was his mission. He still went through with it. Now he's a toy I can break to make enji todoroki suffer."

Panic sets in as the liquid grows. With the speed his heart is going. The amount of air isn't enough. Causing Hawks to pass out.

Haw:^Don't fall for their tricks........... eEndeavor.

As Hawks head goes limp. Dabi taps on the glass before walking away.

Elsewhere, Enji is in the hospital and is visited by his family.

Sho:"Fath..er we-"

Shoto whinces in pain from his voice being injured.

Natsu:"it'll take time to forgive you,  but since this is a family matter. We'll help you bring touya home."

Rai:"We're both to blame. So let's work together."

Enji:"I'm so sorry for everything I've done-"

Fuyumi books the top of enji's head.

Fuyu:"You can apologize once touya is home. Now rest up and get better. The Commisioner has her hands full, but she put a few students on Hawks trail. As for touya. There's no signs of where he went. So we'll have to wait until he shows his face again."

Natsu:"They'll find your boy toy. So don't worry."

Natsuo speaks in anger. As he thinks Hawks is their replacement.

Enji:"I know you're upset about us, but I still care about you all. It's just..."

Rai:"No need to explain. I knew even before we got married. I went along with it to help my family."

Rai hands enji a flower with multiple colored peddles.

Then she walks out, and everyone else follows behind her.

After about a month. Enji is released from the hospital and is in a press meeting.

Enji:"I had no idea my son was still alive and became a villian. Since I've found out. I've thought it over. Now I realize that he's my responsibility to bring to justice. No matter the cost."

Press:"What about Hawks? Since you were dating him. Will you bring him to justice aswell for killing so many people?"

Enji:"Hawks was ordered to do what was necessary to save lives. When the system failed people. He kept victims from dying.  Rest asure that I'll find him, and let him answer why he done it."

After that, enji hot to work. In search of hawks. Checking every abandoned building within thirty miles within two weeks.

Enji:"Damnit. I'm running out of time."

As enji sat in his office. He sees that a building he's already searched is pulling alot of power. Yet when he checked. No lights were on.

Enji:"Could this be it?"
