"Date...?"

You'd ask in horror as Koyuki told you that her father would babysit you while her and Hakuji go on their first date. Although you were happy for them, growing attachment to Koyuki, you couldn't help but be a bit overprotective and jealous.

Hakuji was about to leave when he felt a strange and threatening aura coming from inside Koyuki's rooms and peeked through the door, looking at you before you whispered; 'I'll skin your face and out your eyeballs into a boiling pot, then use your insides as contacts and take out your teeth as for ice cubes and your tongue as dessert.', which obviously scared the shit out of Hakuji and he immediately bid you farewell to go on the date with Koyuki.

"Hmph... I'll keep that promise.." You'd grumble as Hakuji left by the sound of the doors closing.

You figured to check the date on the calendars (they existed right??) and then just ran around Koyuki's room and the dojo. From a youtube video you watch about demon slayer facts, the concentration breathing is actually based of box breathing, breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, let it out for 4 seconds, and then hold after exhaling for 4 seconds.

You've been practicing that for the past 8 weeks after Hakuji started to teach you martial arts and holy shit, it was hard to master at school since you didn't get into demon slayer after high school graduation, but where the fuck was this?? This would've helped you so much with cross country! You could run 19 laps in Koyuki's room, 14 in the dojo, and 9 times outside. And at full speed.

But besides that, you didn't know if you mastered-mastered concentration breathing, so you'd have to wait and probably plan to become a demon slayer per-chance if you manage to even get in in the first place..

"Why so late?"

You'd question the two as it was 10pm or... your estimated guess when they got back as you didn't like how late they came back..

What did they do? Hopefully nothing immoral.. I know they wouldn't do that but they need fun too, so what if they did??

"Haha.. we apologize for coming so late Koki! We didn't know you'd be so worried. We simply just went out and had some fun near  some cafe's and a show. We.. kind of lost the time."

Koyuki said taking the lead of the explanation patting your head as you'd sigh, slightly relived but still felt a bit sad that they forgot about time. But you'd try to stay calm and thst they need time together with themselves too.

"Uh.. what Koyuki said, I can make it up to you if you'd like.."

Hakuji offered as you immediately slammed your hands on the table and asked for natto beans again as Hakuji chuckled nervously, remembering what you said earlier before they left and nodded his head quickly, as Koyuki joined in and asked for some ice and the left-over mochi they bought, which made you also want to try, with Hakuji, having a beautiful girlfriend and an adorable child with their looks and pleads, couldn't help but say yes to their requests.

"Mm.."

You'd hum chewing the mochi as your favorite they brought back were the strawberry and chocolate mochi with Koyuki having some ice cubes which was crunchy, and Hakuji eating some udon next to Koyuki.

'Hm.. they are similar, aren't they?'

Hakuji thought as he watched the both of you eat together with both similar happy faces, with your being more stoic and less expressive.
