Once getting off the haunted castle ghost train ride, Yor searched for Agent Crow to meet up for their scheduled rendezvous. Being a guy in a rat suit, finding him was simultaneously easier and harder than before. Despite being on a world stake mission, she had been enjoying her night, and as with the other places she had the pleasure of visiting so far, she hoped to take Loid and Anya here soon.

Not too long after, she had found her fellow agent. He had finally managed to evade the oncoming swarms of happy children. She motioned to an empty alley as he stepped aside. Once out of the public view, he took off his mascot head and exhaled in relief. "You will not believe what I've been through tonight!" he complained. Yor tried to hold back her laughter before inquiring him, "So, any leads?" she asked. Crow explained, "No devices detected, have you found anything noteworthy Agent Thorn?" Yor had been sneaking onto the rides her daughter was boarding, but chose to leave this detail out in order to maintain The Thorn Princess' professionalism, "Nothing yet, I've inspected the rides too. No sign of any suspicious activity nor any explosives in sight." She looked up at the starlit sky and sighed, "You'd think such an awful group of people would've already enacted something that lives up to their name tonight."

Agent Crow needed a break, whipping out a cigarette and lighting it for a moment. One little kid wandered by and saw Crow with his mascot head off. The child instantly screamed. "Looks like our cover's about to be blown." Agent Crow gasped, instantly stamping out his cigarette and slapping his mascot head back on, "Meanwhile, you know what to do Agent Thorn" he ordered Yor, "Keep looking! But this time, try listening to what the people working here might be saying, some of them may be ROWN agents."

Yor understood, but was concerned for her superior, "And what about you?" she asked before one kid walked up and kicked him in the crotch! Crow knelt to his side and groaned, "Let me do my thing..." he squeaked in an almost unrecognizably high pitched voice. She wandered away, this time being sure to keep a sharp ear out.

It proved to be somewhat difficult to focus on any conversations due to the hustle and bustle of the fairgrounds, to mention all the excited kids laughing mixed with the cheering/screams of horror on the various rides. Fortunately The Thorn Princess had developed slightly enhanced senses required for her line of work, which included sound. She also could somewhat sense danger if close enough, almost like some sort of "Forger Sense"

A young girl and her mom walked by as the girl excitedly hopped up and down, "Mommy! Mommy! Hurry up! We're going to miss the fireworks!" The tired but still joyous mother slowed her down, "Calm down sweetie." she chuckled, "They aren't going off until 8." Yor checked the nearby clock, with ten minutes until eight being listed.

Meanwhile Anya, Becky, and Emmi looked for their next ride before bumping into Damien and his friends. "Hey you dorks!" he snorted, "Where you off to?" Anya bragged they had just gotten off the haunted castle ride, only for Damien to brag he had done something similar when he was a baby, without even crying. "In the meantime" Emile smiled, "We've been looking for you!" Damien instantly lost his cool, "Shut up! You're not supposed to say that!" but Ewen added, "Actually, everyone else from our class has been looking for you two, we're supposed to meet up for one big ride together!"

Emmi sighed "I guess this is where I gotta go back too..." as she saw some of her classmates walk by. Becky smiled, "Don't worry, I promise we can have even more fun together later. Besides, we got two other places to go on this trip!" Emmi remembered and waved her new friends farewell as they met up with Mr. Henderson.

Anya caught up with the others and was quite puzzled, "So, is the next ride scary?" she quizzed as they made their way towards the meet up. Anya saw the shadow being cast by the attraction as her eyes widened and her jaw dropped. Damien could see the ride approaching as he smugly smirked, "Eh, I could ride this in my sleep."
