finally! this thankfully took a lot less time than my other requests so yay :3 

1. Human name: Mikhail Petrov/Mikhail Moscow ((again, I'm still figuring out how human names for retired countries work, bear with me

2. Height time 💀 he's a bit taller than his father, standing at around 6'10 (208.28 cm)

3. He has no siblings, and is the only child to the Russian Empire, and again mother unknown-

4. He owns a pet samoyed, which he named Sasha. He has a custom made ushanka for Sasha, that has a dog paw print embroidered into the top

5. Soviet's human form has very messy brown/brunette hair which covers one of his eyes, yellow/gold eyes (which he says are hazel to avoid suspicion), and a scar in the top right corner (between his eye and eyebrow) of his right eye that resembles a sickle + hammer

6. He usually can't be bothered to comb out his hair, and sometimes just uses a bit of hair gel to make himself seem put together— on special occasions he'll slick his hair back and put an eyepatch over the eye that's usually covered with hair

7. He doesn't retain any physical bird traits (even though RE had black wings) but has some of his dad's speed/agility (the Russians are insanely fast. It's scary.)

8. He usually dresses really heavy because of the cold weather in his country, usually with an ushanka (THE FUCKIGN AUTOCORRECT KEEPS FUCKING CORRECTING USHANKA TO SHANKS AHHHBQEFWHOB), a scarf that covers his mouth, and a long button up-coat over a turtleneck + many other layers. Pants don't matter :3 but he wears boots. He also drapes a second coat over his shoulders. Sometimes, he will wear his military uniform (if ya want to get into specifics, he usually wears the parade uniform to formal events, which is teal/navy blue), his officer's hat, AGAIN A SCARF HELLO??, no draped jacket, but he does wear an earpiece when he travels out of his country just in case

9. He don't give a shit about how he looks in clothes, unlike the empires in his dad's time. He just cares about practicality tbh.

10. In terms of personality, he's kind of similar to GE. Tbh, none of the Russian's should have been allowed to have children. They are not very good parents.

11. He comes off as very serious and stony, which kind of intimidates other countries and makes them scared of him. He doesn't understand why and has tried to practice being more approachable-

12. Duh he has trust issues. Reich. You did some shit. He didn't open up much before Reich, and doesn't open up at all anymore. He sometimes finds himself questioning if the people he's around are what they show themself as, and is very paranoid

13. He was sort of trained by his dad to not be very emotional, all the Russian's are like this. He is told to not show whatever he's feeling, as to not be perceived as weak and be seen as an easier target. He one time almost cried in front of one of the organizations, and was like, 'never again. Never fucking again.'

14. Extremely extreeemeeelllyyy competitive. This is what led him to have the rivalry with Ame and for him to spend a bunch of his GDP on useless things just to beat out Ame in the space race, etc.

15. Russia is his only biological child, all the other ones were like stolen/adopted. So. I think Moldova, Romania, and Lithuania were the oldest when they started living under/with Soviet, so they helped him take care of his kids. It's not that they liked him. They just felt bad for the children.
