Chapter 16 * Giovanna

"Wake up" Jason kicks me, I tilt my head and look up at him "Funny how the only way you can kick me is when I'm tied up", he laughs "Don't foul yourself, Giovanna".

Jason and I were in the NSWP and BUD/S together, when we were assigned to the same unit, he made sure to voice his opinion on the fact I was merely a woman and the only reason I passed was my father, but our training score didn't lie, I was better than him.

I know for a fact he has a very fragile ego, so I'm praying that he takes my bait and decides to take me on.

"Really? Unless you've improved tremendously, which I'm 99.99% sure you didn't, you could take me on" I smirk.

"You talk too much bitch" he cuts the zip ties around my hands, when he bends down to untie my feet I take the opportunity to headbutt him, he falls, and I take the opportunity to grab his pocket knife from the floor and cut the ties around my feet.

Getting up "Get off the fucking floor and come show me, how much better than me you are".

I centralize my all body weight on my foot, fists up and ready, he gets up and faces towards me, left foot in front of his right foot he tries to deliver a jab, but I evade his hand.

Keeping one foot forward and the other behind, I transfer my weight to my rear leg, lift my knee as high as I can, and extend my leg striking him in his stomach with the ball of my foot, he takes a few steps back.

"Are you ready to throw in the towel?" I ask him, "fuck off" he charges again grabbing me by my throat, I pluck his thumbs away from my throat, and with his thumbs no longer holding the choke I kick his groin.

He bends down, moaning in pain, I take that moment to grab his head and drive my knee up towards his head.

He falls, "You'll pay for that bitch" he cries out, "You may be stronger, but strength isn't everything Jason, you need to be fast", taking the opportunity he is still on the floor I stomp on his head hard and his out.

I grab the knife he had and search for him, I grab the keys, fuck me no gun, I don't know how many people are out there, alright Giovanna first thing, I bend down and activate the tracker on my bracelet, with that out of the way, I open the door, slightly, and peek outside, no one seems to be in the hallway.

I get out and close the door behind me, locking it. One down, god knows how many to go. The hallway only leads to a door, I walk towards it, slightly opening the door, I peek through the fissure, and no movement, I open it and peek left and right no movement.

I take a left and hear voices, closing my eyes, I can hear two voices, I keep walking slowly, "Jason is taking his sweet time", one of the voices says.

"Maybe one of us should check on him", the other says, "he's a big boy, she's tied up and he's ex-military even if she wasn't tied up I doubt she could do any harm," the other says with a chuckle.

So Jason didn't disclose everything to them, it seems like they don't know I'm ex-military either.

I look around for another way out, if I can I'll avoid fighting them, I search around and jackpot, a window.

I run to the window, pull it open, fuck, we're at least two floors up from the ground, so fighting it is. I walk back to where the two men are standing, I start running towards the wall near them, one foot on the wall, I push all of my weight on my other leg, pivot, and kick one of them in the head, he falls, without stopping, I hit the other with the palm of my hand on his nose, I hear a cracking sound, the other starts to get up, I grab his head, drive my knee up his face and his out.

The other cries out "You broke my nose, you fucking bitch".

I jump up, pick my knees into my chest, turn my hips over, and extend a kick in the air hitting him in the chest.

I fall, pivot, and deliver a full-strength kick in his head. With both of them out, I search them and take their guns with me.

I run out of the door, taking the stairs down, as soon as I see the emergency exit sign I run without looking back, through the doors, as I get outside, I hear vehicles approaching fast speed, I check my ammo, if they're friendly great if not I'll go down shooting.

The vehicles stop and the doors open, I draw my gun out, the men climb out of the cars, and I see him.
