When I reopen my eyes, the wind beats violently against my face. I am a dozen meters above the ground. It has started again. The mere possibility of Tyrion's death was enough to awaken my powers. I raise my sword, ready to find blood upon it, but what I see disturbs me far more.

The blade is on fire. Like Beric Dondarrion's during the Battle of the Trident. Could it be...? The Lord of Light...?

If fighting is what the Lord of Light expects of me, then it seems I must fight. My sword pointed straight ahead, I cut through the air toward the Baratheon soldiers. I impale one before touching the ground and hurl his corpse onto the next. The fire takes my enemies by surprise, giving me time to rid myself of a good number of them.

"Are you mocking me?!"

Bronn has just joined us on the beach and, between two sword strokes, looks at me with incredulity. We meet and embrace for a brief moment before being swept up again by the violence of the combat.

"I missed you too!" I shout to him.

"You fly now?"

"This is only the beginning of the show!"

"Because you've got something better than a flaming sword?"

I reach out my hand toward the Blackwater. As is usually the case when I am in this state, I have no idea what I am doing; everything comes naturally to me. Simultaneously with my arm, a wave several meters high rises, which I direct toward our enemies. Several men are hurled against the wall, others to the ground, and those who weren't hit stand dumbfounded.

"That is much better than a flaming sword!" Bronn exclaims.

"Where is Tyrion?"

No answer. But Bronn's eyes widen before he murmurs, "Shit..."

"Where is Tyrion?!"

Behind us, the Lannister is on the ground. Podrick is holding him in his arms, and a Kingsguard lies beside them, dead. From what I know, this guard attacked Tyrion, and Pod killed him. From what I understand, this man attempted to assassinate the Hand of the King. From what I deduce, Cersei ordered the murder of her brother.

I run toward the Lannister and drop beside him. Although a gash slashes across his face, he still has a chance of pulling through.

"Right, Pod? He's not going to die."

"We need to get him inside."

The sellsword carries our friend while Pod and I escort him to the Mud Gate. I cannot believe this happened under my watch. I was supposed to protect Tyrion, and a single second of inattention was enough for him to nearly get killed.

Once inside the ramparts, I charge Podrick and Bronn with taking the dwarf to the Red Keep, where he can be properly treated. I still have a few things to settle here. I climb the stairs to access the top of the wall. Stannis is somewhere out there, and when I find him, he will regret attacking my city.

On my way, I dodge several blows, some from soldiers of my own camp. I don't hold it against them. In these moments, the most effective thing is to strike everything that moves.

Halfway to the next gate, I finally encounter Stannis Baratheon. This is the first - and last - time our paths cross.

"Who are you?" he spits.

"Diana Stark."

"Your father would be ashamed of you. He wanted me to sit on the Iron Throne."

"You are attacking my people. Your legitimacy matters little to me."
