*Daniel POV*

I was almost too late.

I was in the middle of building a temporary base when I heard the hissing noise of a Creeper.  I rapidly turned around and put my shield up before the explosion caused any major damage besides the ground.

I hate Creepers, I thought to myself as I looked down at the hole it created and started filling it back up.  After the last few blocks of dirt were placed back, I saw a little gap blown apart from my house.  And that's exactly why, I finished my original statement.

"Looks like you could use some help, bud," someone said from behind me.

I whipped my head around. "Elijah! Boy, am I glad to see you. Have you found anyone else yet?" I asked.

"Not yet," he sighed. "I just hope they found each other and are doing okay. But now that we're together, we should start looking for them." He started to help me repair my base that the Creeper blew up.

"Yeah," I agreed as I joined him. "This is a pretty dangerous world. And I'm not sure how many of us know what they're doing." And I need to find Shiloh quickly before our plan is given away...

Elijah placed the last block. "There we go," he grunted. "That should do it. Nice base by the way," he complimented. "Really? Thanks! I'm not really the best builder though. I bet your place is way nicer."

"Nope!" he laughed. "All I have is basically just a shed."

"Seriously? I figured you'd be the type of guy to have, like, a mansion or something," I told him. "Anyway, how should we start finding our family? Our mom could be here too," I asked.

"I was hoping you'd ask that. Here, take a look at this," Elijah answered as he pulled out a piece of paper. "A locator map! Genius!" I exclaimed. I was able to see seven little markings that meant to resemble players in the Minecraft game. Two of them were together who I assumed were Elijah and I, but I then saw another pair who were traveling. The other three were separated and I could tell that they were definitely lost by the way their player markers moved on the map.

"I'd probably guess that the other pair are Judah and Micah, as they're the closest with each other out of all of us. So we should go find the solos first," I suggested. "Sounds like a plan," agreed Elijah. "Let's start with this one," he pointed to the person closest to us.

"What direction is that? Uhm..." we tried facing the general direction of the sibling that was nearest. "There! That way!" I pointed and yelled.

"Alright, let's get moving. We don't have much time before nightfall," Elijah said as he looked up at the sun. "We're coming to find you guys! Just hold on!" I shouted into the distance as Elijah and I headed off.
