I heard a knock at my bedroom door.

"Mhm?" I weakly answered.

"Can I come in angel?"

"Of course you can."

My girlfriend entered and came to sit next to me on the bed. She knew I'd had a rough day so she insisted on us having a self care night, which I wasn't gonna complain about. I noticed she had a bag in her hand that had some of our favourite snacks, face masks, nail polish, and a few other cute things.

I slightly smiled at what she'd done, it showed how much she genuinely cared.

"Okay beautiful, what do you want to start with?" She gently asked.

"Face masks!!" I excitedly answered.

"Okay." She smiled, shaking her head lightly at my excitement over something so small.

She searched through the bag before finding the face masks and opening one. I felt her move my hair back, tying it into a bun before beginning to gently apply it to my face, both of us giggling when I winced at how cool it was against my warm skin. I noticed her smile once she applied it to my nose because of the way the feeling made my nose scrunch a little. Once she was done, I did the exact same to her and while we waited for it to dry, we got stuff ready to go shower.

Not long had passed before we were in the shower, listening to music and overall just being really cute together. While we were in there, we washed off our face masks and soon enough we were back out the shower.

"Let me help you baby." She gently whispered, grabbing the clothes i prepared for once we were done.

She helped me with everything except my hoodie. I gave her a puzzled look before I realised she was swapping my hoodie for hers, so we had eachothers. I of course did the same for her, leading us back to my bedroom where we started painting eachothers nails, doing eachothers hair, and making the bed all cosy with new blankets, ready for us to cuddle up and watch a movie.

"I'm so grateful for you." I whispered, "Thank you so much."

"I love you so much pretty girl, I'm always here no matter what and I'm so so grateful for you too."

"I love you baby." I answered, eventually falling asleep cuddling in her arms

i know this is so short and i'm sorry but i've been writing some longer ones so they make up for ittt😋

i'm getting my hair done tomorrow i'm so excitedddd
