I woke up feeling like shit. My stomach was hurting like I was about to throw up, my head was killing and I was shivering. I rolled over in bed and wriggled my way into my girlfriends arms, curling up and sniffling.

"What's wrong baby?" She gently asked, moving stray hairs out of my face and off my sweaty forehead.

"I feel ill." I complained, grabbing onto her and honestly being a little dramatic, "My stomach hurts and my head and I'm cold."

"Oh baby." She frowned, placing a hand on my forehead, "Well your head feels pretty warm and you're shaking."

I snuggled up to her chest even more and closed my eyes. I was comfy until she sat us both up, causing me to whine and complain, only wanting to lay down and cuddle.

She ran her fingers up and down my back before she moved me off her, sitting me in front of her. She giggled at how clingy I was and told me to follow her, taking my hand and leading me downstairs.

I honestly couldn't be bothered to walk, my whole body felt weak so i just followed her slowly, dragging my feet along the floor. I had so little energy that i almost tripped over my slippers as they dragged across the floor. I was too tired.

"Have some water sweet girl, and let me make you some food." She handed me a glass of cold water.

"Nuh-uh I'm not hungry." I shook my head.

"You need something to eat. Just a slice of toast. Try for me please."

I just nodded and sipped the water as she put the bread in the toaster. Whilst she waited for it to toast, she rushed around the kitchen, looking for medicine that'd help make me feel better. She ended up giving me paracetamol and ibuprofen that should've hopefully helped. Once that was done, she stood back in front of the toaster.

I hopped up so that I was sat on the counter and shuffled in front of her, just needing her attention. She stood between my legs and wrapped her arms around me, letting me bury my head in her neck.

"How do you feel sweet girl?"

"I feel kind of sick still but my head doesn't really hurt anymore." I smiled a little.

"Are you still cold?"

I nodded and shivered a bit, my lack of clothing really didn't help. I obviously had clothes on, but only small shorts and a crop top. I felt her move back away from me, making me groan a bit.

"Here you can wear this." She smiled, pulling her hoodie off and putting it over my head, waiting for me to put my arms where they were supposed to be. Her hoodie was a slight bit bigger on me just because she was a little taller, and I loved that.

It felt like I was being wrapped in her arms, cuddling. I soon warmed up, and felt better than I had when I woke up, but still not great. She placed a plate with a slice of buttered toast on it, something plain to hopefully keep my stomach settled.

I ate it slowly with her help, and finished a little while later. It took me longer than it should've since my stomach still didn't feel good, but I managed to eat it all since she only toasted one slice of bread.

By the end of the day, I was feeling a bit better just because my girl had taken care of me all day despite me telling her I'd be fine. She insisted. I had a ball for a few hours, which helped a lot, and we ended up just cuddling and watching loads of random stuff for the rest of the day.
