Me and my girlfriend were on call, both laying in bed talking about how much we missed eachother since we'd both been really busy and were unable to really see eachother properly. For some reason, I was feeling extra sensitive and thinking about being with her just made me so upset because it was all I wanted.

We were still talking but I ended up closing my eyes to hide that fact that they were tearing up. She knew what I was like though and knew that I'd often close my eyes when something was upsetting me.

"Open your eyes for me baby." I heard her speak in a gentle tone.

"Nuh-uh." I shook my head.

"Is that because you're crying hm?"

I shook my head once again, knowing she didn't believe any of my responses.

"It's okay to be upset you know? I just want to help you sweet girl."

I just broke down, responding with a quiet "Mhm.", before hiding my face in my blanket as the tears wouldn't stop.

"I'm here pretty girl, everything's okay. I'm right here and i'm not going anywhere I promise you. We can see eachother soon baby and I'll give you as many cuddles as you want."

She was being so patient with me. not getting annoyed or mad when I could barely respond. I really loved that about her.

"Is there anything I can do to make you feel a bit better for now?"

"I don't know just don't go please." I sobbed, wiping my tears away and slightly opening my eyes.

"I'm not going anywhere ever, I promise you I'm right here." She gently answered, smiling at me once she saw my eyes opened. "There you are baby, you're alright, you're safe with me."

I slightly smiled and tried to calm myself down whilst she reassured me that we'd be okay and that she was there for me. After a little while, I'd managed to calm down and was able to talk without tears interrupting me.

We decided to watch a movie together because even though we couldn't physically be together, we still wanted to do cute stuff that made us feel closer and less like we were just on call. We ended up having a movie night together on call which made me feel so much better, but also left me extremely sleepy. And the fact that my girlfriend was there on call with me just added to it, it made me feel so comforted knowing that she was there.

I noticed that she had fallen asleep after only a few movies, which I thought was really cute. I muted myself so that if I moved or left the room I wouldn't wake her up.

Obviously I took a few screenshots of her because she just looked so peaceful, then I finished getting ready for bed whilst checking on her every so often, making sure she was sleeping okay. Not long later, I got into bed and was soon asleep too.

i miss my gf she's asleep rn and i'm about to go to sleep too because i'm too tired it's only 1am that's early for meeee

ALSO YK HOW WHEN YOURE ON FACETIME WITH SOMEONE ON NORMAL FT, WHEN YOU TAKE A PICTURE USING THE BUTTON THATS ACTUALLY ON THE CALL AND IT FLASHES, APPARENTLY I SLEEP THROUGH THAT?? MY GF TOOK LIKE FOUR PICTURES IN A ROW OF ME SLEEPING THE OTHER DAY AND I SLEPT THROUGH IT ALL EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FLASHING RIGHT IN MY FACE??😭

anyway i'm proud of you🫶

(it's been a long long time since i wrote this it's literally been about 3 months😭 but yeah i still miss my gf she's asleep again and it's half 1 in the morning, i'm going out tomorrow so i need to sleep but i don't wanna sleep😔)
