The birds chirp outside.
I hear them. And the cars that pass by. I got up and stretched. Here we go again. This time I won't fall asleep in class. I'ma actually try,... somehow.

....

I'm out the door, walking to the school building. There's kids coming from different streets. The street lights turn off and the sun comes up rising. I see other kids coming to their bus stops and dad's going to work. There's a kid with their mom. I wonder how it feels to have a mom. I wouldn't know-?.

BEEP.
There's a car who near hits me. Damn it. I'm on the floor and my head hurts. Did I just get hit by a car?? No, I would've been dead if I did. I got up and brushed my jacket from the dirt from the ground. The driver flipped me off and I got on the sidewalk. They drove off, leaving me without an apology. What a prick.

I stormed to school.
I wasn't gonna let this get the best of me. Today will be a good day. Maybe, at least. Whatever, I'ma make sure I make it to class this time. But of course I'll have to say hi to everyone before.

I got to homeroom.
There wasn't anyone in there. Hm. Was there an assembly? No, kakashi would've told us. I looked around. I wasn't going to be the first in class. Then down the hallway, I hear chanting. I walked over to see what happened.

"Fight, fight, fight!".

It was two girls fighting. I couldn't make out who. I pushed myself in the crowd, excusing myself. Damn, I wish I wasn't short. I was basically hopping to see. It was... INO AND SAKURA?

They haven't had a fight or drama since primary school. What was happening? Well clearly I wasn't paying any attention since I leaped forward and tackled Ino to the floor. "WHAT THE HELL NARUTO?". She screamed. I held her down. I don't even know why, I have nothing against her. We were even friends before. Sakura came over, ready to beat the shit out of Ino. "Sakura hold on!". I yelled. She didn't give a fuck of what I just said. But before she could even lay a finger on her, a whistle blew. It was coach Gai. Sakura ignored him and went at Ino again when someone pulled her back.

Sasuke.

He shook his head no, in a disappointed manner. She freaked. Ino stood still. It wasn't long till Gai made his way through. Not only were they in trouble, but so was me and Sasuke.

"WHAT?".
I yelled. "You stopped a fight, which is a not safety procedure. You could've gotten hit!".
Said lady Tsunade with a up roar.
I laid back in my seat and pouted. Whatever.
Sakura looked at me. I didn't know if she was upset or not. I never knew she was beefing with Ino, again. She smiled and turned back to Tsunade.

Me and Sasuke were sent outside.
There's a small bench for waiting. We see a few kids pass by. I don't know why I stepped in. I should've just stayed in the classroom. I looked at Sasuke. He was relaxed. Didn't seem to really care that we're all in trouble. He side eyes me. I turned away. Damn, he got a mean glare. I wonder why he stepped in? He doesn't seem to really care about anyone, so why step in? Wait! Does he like Sakura?

I mean why else step in a fight?
But it could be the other way around. Maybe he likes Ino? Eh, probably not. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to ask? I mean. Might as well if we're out here. I cleared my throat. "So....um.. why'd you stepped in?". I ask in a low tone.

No a single response.
Not until he turned to me. "Does it bother you?". He said. Damn I forgot his voice was kinda deep. "Erm, well no, but why step in this fight out of many?". I asked out of suspicion. He laid back into the bench. "don't worry about it".

That's not even a valid response.
I crossed my arms. "Whatever, you probably like one of them don't you?". I said in a sassy tone. He grunted. "No?". He said almost disgusted. "Sure". I hmphed. He seem annoyed. Its kinda funny seeing him angry.

We sat there for a while.
Eventually, the girls were let out the office. Sakura looked down at me and then glanced over at Sasuke. She seemed nervous. I mean, it's her crush, why not? She gestures me it get up and walk with her. So, I did. I look back on Sasuke who's still sitting on the bench.

"What happened between you and Ino?".

I asked curiosity.
"Same shit. She likes Sasuke too and said she wanted to fight, so I told her I would". Sakura said sassy with her arms crossed.
"Damn, you both are still beefing?".
I questioned.
"Eh, not really. But she wanted a fight and I gave her one. By the way, why did YOU step in?". She asked.
I had to think a bit. I wasn't really sure why, my body just moved on it's own.
"I don't know. I don't got anything against Ino, but I just went with my gut. Either way, you beat the hell out of her".
She chuckled.
"Of course, I'm the strongest female in this school, and I'll make sure of it!".

We laughed a bit, before heading back to class.
