Three Hours Ago:

The public of Mirrim didn't know it. To them, their king's castle was a very normal structure made of stone and wood. But underneath it, there was a structure of metal, only metal.

"Authorization code?" The soldiers asked as the Eternal Lord descended deeper into the castle and towards its secret.

"All For One. One For All. All For NULL."

The soldiers nodded and stepped aside, the smooth metal doors sliding open.

Some politicians found the key phrase to be disrespectful since it forced them to speak the word 'NULL,' but it was hard to deny its effectiveness. No one would ever think that the code would be correct. In fact, one spy actually managed to get the entire phrase, but they were so unsure of the 'NULL' part that they left it out just in case it was a false lead, allowing him to be caught.

"How goes the work?" Shigaraki asked, walking into the high-tech lab.

"It's... this isn't science, this is more like Magic, I can't get my head around it!"

"David Shield," The Eternal Lord clapped his hand on the Shifter's shoulder, tightening his grip. "I was assured you could handle this work, being from your modern world."

"I-I was a mechanical engineer! This is genetics and physics and some things I can't even comprehend!"

"Well, it took you far enough with Kurogiri, didn't it?"

"Sir-"

"Lord."

"...My Lord, Kurogiri wasn't luck, it was a bad formula. He's highly unstable."

The Eternal Lord chuckled. "All I'm hearing is good news! You're a scientist! As long as you continue to fail, you'll learn everything you need to! Just don't give up! And when it's all said and done, you'll be sent right back to your world, even smarter than before!"

David was trembling, his lips clamped shut.

"Come now, you and I both know you don't want to do this! But I need you, so I won't harm you for speaking your mind!"

"T-This is going to kill millions..."

The Eternal Lord's lips turned up in glee. "I know! I'm sure you feel lucky to avoid that statistic! So do me a favor and activate Kurogiri..."

"I'm sorry..." David said, muttering an apology to the victims of his own work.

Present Time:

Kaina fired the first shot.

As the Kaiju had a stare-down, Kaina raised her hands, conjuring a massive bow made of purple lightning. Enhanced by her transformation, her powers were on par with the titans, at least from a distance. It was why she hadn't put up much of a fight against Goto. She simply wasn't suited for CQC. But at a suitable range?

The arrow made of energy snapped free of the bow, rocketing forwards at a blistering speed. It slammed into the side of the Leviathan's head like a giant sledgehammer, exploding and sending him reeling through the smoke.

At the same time, Toshinori charged. He wasn't nearly as large as Ryuko, who had one of the largest and most powerful Dragon Forms of all time, but he was still one of the Onyx's strongest physical fighters, right behind Rumi.

His stony head slammed into the Leviathan's chest, cratering it and crumpling the biomechanical reptilian. Ryuko opened her own maw, spewing out a beam of pure frost.

The entire coast, most of the nearby ocean, was instantly frozen. Even from the arena, Izuku could feel the chill. It turned the Leviathan into an icicle.
