Flesh collided with metal as the two Dragon Forms spiraled through the air, wind slashing at their bodies.

Himiko immediately bit and clawed through Izuku's railgun, something he could've used in close-range given the chance. But he wasn't quick enough.

Izuku's Form wasn't built for close-combat, but it was still a metal dragon. So as she tore apart his armaments, his steeled talons drove divots into her forelegs, severing them almost completely.

Their minds reeled in pain, connected to their new bodies, and yet neither slowed for even a second.

Despite seeing his future memories, and learning how to activate the Dragon Form... Izuku wasn't exactly comfortable fighting with it yet. Memories could only take you so far. Which meant that Himiko was the first to trap him into a fatal blow.

Her jaws clamped down around his raptor-like neck and from within her throat, a blood-red light began to build.

"That's the end of this Form!" Izuku thought to himself, ejecting his actual body from the mechanized dragon. It was just in time.

Glowing red liquid, almost fluorescent, shot out of Himiko's mouth, spraying all over his Dragon Form.

"Gross..." Izuku instinctively thought, but there was nothing harmless about it.

Like a scene out of a horror film, the liquid instantly melted through the Dragon Form, turning it into a disfigured sludge.

Of course, this hadn't exactly been a safe choice for Himiko. Izuku wasn't familiar with his new bodies, but he was familiar with the sky. While Himiko tumbled through the air, trying to regain her balance, Izuku dove after her without so much as a shudder in his flying form.

Himiko could feel Izuku's Lumina growing closer as she struggled to catch the air. But she wasn't willing to ditch her Dragon Forms as easily as Izuku. With how much strain they put on her body and Lumina stores, it was inefficient to give it up just like that. At least, that was how she thought.

Izuku's Enhancement Magic kept his body from feeling the intense physical drain, and his Lumina capacity was large enough to transform a few times and keep going. They were just a resource for him to use. As soon as that resource became detrimental instead of helpful, it was expended.

Himiko didn't have that same logic. She was trying to preserve every ounce of strength for a long drawn-out fight. Even if it exposed her to more dangers along the way. She just wasn't confident enough in her own decision making to call an end to her Dragon Form so soon.

All she knew was that Izuku was building up speed and Lumina for a massive attack. The same energy as the Fusion Cleave he used earlier. This time, he was going to unload a hundred of them, bypassing Forever and all of her defenses. She wouldn't be able to heal quickly enough with Runes alone. Only someone like the Titanium Lord would survive a barrage like that.
