A/N: Some of the characters in this chapter, like Anna Scervino and Wolfram are from the MHA movies. It's not really super important to know their canon counterparts, but in case you want to know more, their names are identical to their canon versions so you can find them on the wiki easier. Somehow managed to post this to SMH:V by mistake, whoops

"Do we seriously have to bring him?" Izuku asked Saiko bitterly.

"He's the Head of Foreign Military Affairs," She explained. "He is good at what he does, even if what he does is evil. And he's on the Security Council. We need Chisaki with us for the Summit."

Izuku groaned. Several members of the Council were attending the Summit with him, including his closest advisors. Every Lord and Ambassador brought entire teams of politicians, generals, and more in the event something went down. Nations without Lords were granted a seat at the Summit for an Ambassador, just so the Nations with Lords didn't go behind the backs of everyone else.

Whatever the case, Ambassador or Lord, the Summit was not a small event in scale or importance. So Izuku had to widen his circle in ways he didn't quite enjoy.

There was himself as King; Himiko as a Lord and newly appointed Council Member; his four advisors as political support; Momo as his fiance and personal support; Saiko for her role as the Head of Security and Intel; Vlad as one of Himiko's advisors; Chisaki and Aizawa as representatives of Draxia's military; Kuin Hachi Kara as the economic advisor; a small army of royal servants to look after their Lords and the Council members; a couple of translators and transcribers; and finally a group of slaves from the new program bringing all sorts of gifts from Draxia.

The slaves made up all races and species, and were there entirely of their own accord. It was the first National showcase of Izuku's plan.

When the convoy of Draxia's delegation was brought together and organized into marching order just outside the Council Hall/Castle Izuku opened a portal using his Elementals.

It was designed to drop them a kilometer away from the Tower of Gods. He would have brought them even closer, but the Tower was designed to interfere with any sort of infiltration Magic to maintain security. Stealth, Teleportation, Shapeshifting, and several other forms of Magic were all completely nullified. Of course, it didn't limit all Magics or forms of power, so Izuku wasn't worried about being weakened whilst there.

Honestly, he was grateful they could teleport at all. Many delegations didn't have such luxuries.

The Creation Lord had devices for teleportation which allowed Metara's delegation, including the Titanium Lord, to do the same as Draxia.

The Divine Lord had control of all Magics, so she could teleport, but her Lumina stores were barely 1/100th of the size of Izuku's or Himiko's. In order to teleport a large group of people, you needed a good deal of Lumina. Thus, the Divine Lord delegation had to teleport in shifts, over the course of a week. During which, the delegation had to camp out in the wilderness and await the rest of the team.

Recent intel acquired by the Security Council also indicated that the Eternal Lord had a form of teleportation available to him, acting in much the same way as the Divine Lord.

The Knowledge Lord often didn't even show up to the Summit, but when he did it was by himself and on-foot. He was an immortal traveler after all, this was sort of his wheelhouse. When he intended to show up, however, he was always right on time.

As for the Blood Lord, representative of the Hunger, no one really knew how they arrived. The Blood Lord hadn't been seen in over 100 years, having skipped the last couple of Summits for unknown reasons. They had their own culture and some tourism, but were relatively reclusive from the rest of Estaria. It was unknown if the Hunger Lord had even passed the title along due to the long lived nature of the Hunger species. Because the Security Council had bigger things to worry about, they decided to leave the Hunger to their own devices for the time being. The Summit would really crystallize just who they were in Izuku's mind and how much attention they required.
