"That'll be... 1 Artery..." The Ebony clerk looked on in disbelief at the amount of sweets Izuku was buying. Oh, and obviously because none other than the NULL Lord was visiting the bakery they worked at.
Izuku took the money pouch from his waist, opening it up to reveal the many unique coins of Estaria. It was a mostly uniform currency throughout the lands, although plenty of people still preferred to trade goods rather than money. Mirrim also had its own currency because some of the coins were minted by other species and they simply couldn't handle that.
From lowest-value to highest-value, the coins were, Aura, Tera, Artery, Luster, and Drac. Aura was made by the Faded and was a simple coin, like something you'd find on Earth. Tera was made by the Terrans and was a hollow dodecahedron of sorts. Arteries were made by the Hunger and were pretty standard coins aside from their blood-red appearance. Luster were made by the Ivory and were made to look like pyramids, with shifting and hypnotic patterns on each face. Finally, there was the Drac, an octagonal coin made of black rock, with a dragon insignia on one face and the sword Quirk of the first Onyx Lords on the back. It was pretty obvious which species made and minted it.
