"Si Aydi?" Tanong ko kay Chrizzna noong makabalik ako sa condo.

"Umalis. May date raw sila ni boyfriend niya." She shrugged as I nodded.

Tinignan ko naman si Callie. "Eh si Ivo?" Tanong ko sakaniya.

Callie shrugged. "Tapos na niya iyong part niya kaya umalis na rin." She said as my eyes widened.

"Ang bilis naman?" Gulat na tanong ko at tumango siya.

"Magaling naman kase siya. Tamad lang. He didn't get a high score in the CEE for nothing." She shrugged as I nodded. May point.

Chrizzna sighed. "Callie, paano mo 'to fininalize?" Tanong ni Chrizzna.

Callie shrugged. "Hindi ako ang nag-finalize niyan. Fininalize ni Ivo as sorry daw sa abala." She said as Chrizzna sighed.

"I really don't understand how that man can manage to be so smart and stupid at the same time." Umiiling na sabi ni Chrizzna at napatawa naman si Callie.

"He's lazy. That's the only explanation." Sabi naman ni Callie.

"Magluluto na ako?" Tanong ko sakanila at tumango naman silang dalawa. Since wala si Aydi, ako ang magluluto ngayon.

Chrizzna stood up. "Tutulong ako." She smiled. "Since, good mood na ako kase fininalize na ni Ivo ang project namin. Ipri-print nalang." Nakangising sabi niya at napatawa ako.

"Okay." I shrugged.

"Hintayin ko nalang kayong matapos. Ire-review ko lang 'to." Sabi naman ni Callie sabay turo niya sa notes niya at tumango naman kami ni Chrizzna bago nagtungo sa kusina.

After eating, we played UNO, since pare-parehas naman kaming hindi makatulog. Tapos naman na lahat ng quiz namin for the semester, magre-review nalang para sa finals. Pati lahat ng mga project tapos na rin namin.

I heard from Felix na kakatapos lang ng finals nila sa La Salle yesterday and Jax confirmed it after I asked him about it.

Jax also informed me that they have an event or something sa school nila bukas, that's why I didn't actually believe that he can come here because he told me that his presence in there is needed since he's a part of their department's council.

It was about 10 in the evening when we heard the doorbell.

Chrizzna frowned. "Sabi ni Aydi hindi siya uuwi ngayon?" Nakakunot noong tanong niya kay Callie.

Callie also frowned. "Hindi nga." Sabi naman niya.

"Eh sinong nasa labas?" Tanong ko at nagtinginan kaming tatlo.

Callie shrugged. "Baka si Seth? Naghahanap ng makakain?" She said unsure because that definitely did not make any fucking sense.

Chrizzna rolled her eyes. "Gago, tulog na si Seth sa mga time na 'to, remember? He sleeps at 9 at any circumstances." Sabi naman ni Chrizzna.

O....kay.... Kinakabahan na ako for real.

The doorbell rang again and we nervously looked at each other, not uttering a word. The tension was very thick, until my phone beeped.

Inis na kinuha ko ang phone ko sa tabi ko.

I clenched my jaw. "Son of a bitch." I muttered and angrily marched towards the door.

"Des?" Chrizzna asked with confusion as I looked back at them and smiled.

"Ako na titingin kung sino." Kako at napipilitan silang tumango.

Callie frowned. "Okay, but be careful." Sabi niya at tumango naman ako.

"Surely." I said and walked towards the door and angrily opened it, revealing a fucking asshole.

His face lit up when he saw me. "Hi!" He beamed as I sighed.

I glared at him. "Kung ano-ano ang ginagawa mong gago ka." Kinurot ko ang kamay niya at napangiwi naman siya. "Paano kung tulog na kaming lahat, huh? Saan ka pa pupunta?" Inis na sabi ko at napanguso naman siya.

"My family owns a house somewhere around here and Hale is also in the same building as you are." He shrugged. "And there are also a lot of hotels to go to." He said as I looked at him in disbelief.

"At talagang nagawa mo pang rumason?" Inis na tanong ko at mas humaba ang nguso niya.

He sighed. "I'm tired from the two-hour drive, bubs. It should've been four hours but I made it on two so that I'll see you sooner." He proudly said. At talagang proud pa ang gago.

I scoffed. "Eh paano kung may nangyari sa'yo, ha?" Inis na sabi ko at napangiti siya.

He held his chest dramatically. "You're worried?" He asked grinning.

I glared at him. "Of course, I was, idiot." I sighed and pulled him inside.

He was grinning while I walked to the living room with him walking behind me.

Callie's jaw dropped when she saw us. "What the hell?" Gulat na sabi niya at agad namang tumingin si Chrizzna sa amin.

"What the fuck?" Mura din niya at napabuntong hininga ako.

Callie awkwardly shifted in her seat. "I definitely did not expect this, but this is way better than what I had expected." She said as I sighed problematically.

I looked back at Jax who smiled at me. "Alam mo ikaw." I started as he tilted his head.

"You don't know how to take jokes." I pinched his nose as he chuckled.

"Sit down." I gestured for him to sit down on the couch which he gladly obeyed. "What do you want?" Tanong ko sakaniya.

"You?" Patanong na sagot niya at agad namang napataas ang kilay ko na kinatawa ni Chrizzna.

Callie chuckled. "Pupunta na ako sa kwarto ko." Pagpapaalam niya.

"Ako rin." Sabi naman ni Chrizzna at sabay silang tumayo para pumunta sa mga kwarto nila.

"Water, tea, coffee, or what?" Binalik ko ang tingin ko kay Jax na tinitignan lang ako. "I'm not in the options kase hindi ako iniinom." I said before he could talk again as he pouted.

"Water is alright." He said as I nodded.

I walked to the kitchen and got him water. When I went back he was scrolling in his phone with his brows furrowed.

I placed the water in front of him on the coffee table and his eyes immediately looked up to me. "Thank you." He smiled brightly.

I sat beside him. "Kumain ka na?" Tanong ko at tumango siya.

"I ate before coming here." He smiled as I sighed.

"One more time you do this, tatamaan ka talaga sa'kin." Kako at tumawa siya.

He leaned his head on my shoulder and sighed. "I'm tired, bubs. I need the free hug." He said as I laughed.

"Para namang matatanggal non ang pagkapagod mo. Tsaka mas pinagod mo lang sarili mo sa pagpunta rito eh." Kako at napabuntong hininga siya.

He picked me up by my waist and placed me on his lap and I protested but he made me sit still by holding my waist firmly before putting both his arms around me.

Well, since he came all this way. It won't hurt to fulfill my promise.

I sighed before wrapping my arms around his neck as he placed his chin on my shoulder.

"Babalik ka rin agad?" Tanong ko sakaniya.

He hugged me tighter. "Not if you want me to stay." He uttered as I sighed.

"Sabi mo may event kayo bukas at required ka doon?" I asked while playing with his hair.

"You're far more important than anything, bubs. I would drop everything for you—even if it's the most important thing I'll have to do—if you want me to."
