Izuku woke up to his alarm going off and got up without falling off the bed. He made he way to the closet and did the routine he had made over the past two days of having a shower, getting his uniform on and heading down for breakfast. Mic was making bacon and eggs while two coffees and a tea sat at the table with Shota. He nodded to Izuku and he nodded back before sitting next to him. Izuku still had casts on and his arm was still in a sling, but he managed without his crutch.

"Good morning, problem child," Shota started.

"Morning," Izuku replied groggily. He was still kind of half asleep despite the hot shower, and didn't think he could hold a full conversation. Mic came to join them with a few plates, cutlery and a plate with bacon, eggs and toast. Izuku grabbed a plate and put some bacon on it. He managed to eat the full piece, but didn't think he could eat anything else after. Izuku was still used to having one meal and maybe one tiny snack a day, and hoped it wouldn't take too long to adjust since Mic's cooking was surprisingly good.

When they finished eating, they all jumped in Shota's car and Mic drove them to UA. The three of them then went their separate ways to their respective classrooms. Izuku was trying to sneak into class unnoticed, but that plan failed. As soon as people realised he was there, they all either celebrated, looked at him with pity or looked at him with sympathy. Izuku was never used to being the centre of attention, so he just tried to get to his seat without talking to anyone.

His classmates seemed to have a few working brain cells and realised that he wanted to be left alone, and quietly walked back to their seats when Majima-sensei walked in.

"Good morning, students," he began. The class greeted him back and returned to silence. "Let's get into it, shall we?"

Izuku was glad he didn't mention my return, he really didn't want more attention. Majima-sensei went on to explain some of the lab rules since it blew up while Izuku was gone and some of the students snickered. But since Izuku knew Hatsume Mei, even if only a little, he was pretty sure it wasn't them who did it.

He finished with mentioning the upcoming sports festival and left the students to their next teacher. It was Ectoplasm, coming to teach math. He was talking about converting fractions to decimals to percentages, something everyone here had already been taught, but he explained it again since some students were struggling with it. Izuku didn't pay much attention and decided to focus on the sports festival instead.

Izuku knew he could recover from his injuries before then, but he wasn't sure if he wanted to win or not. Yeah, it would be a huge achievement and he'd love to have that kind of accomplishment, but he didn't want the attention that came with the accomplishment. Izuku also didn't want to risk showing more of his skills and have students start asking questions. He was sure the teachers would cover for him, but teenagers could get pretty annoying and stubborn.

It was also risky to show off since any villains who had heard of him or worse, had seen his moves could recognise him and his secret would get out. The risks outweighed the benefits that time, so it would've been better to just lay low.

Ectoplasm started handing out papers to everyone and Izuku's mind instantly snapped back to attention. Izuku finished the worksheet in record time and waited for the extra work he knew the teacher had for him. He put a second sheet on his desk as soon as Izuku dropped my pencil and he grinned at the topic. It was a fun one, but Izuku still finished early.

Notes

Hello, sorry about the odd ending, but I didn't want to continue. Sorry I haven't updated in a couple of days, either. I remembered that even if other people enjoy it, I'm writing this book for fun and took my time writing. I also decided to take a short break and work on another book I plan on publishing soon. I'll let you know when it's out. Well, I'll see you next chapter!
