Background: Seungbin grew up in South Korea with his parents and his older sister. Because his mother was Chinese, she taught him how to speak it. Because he was the youngest, his parents gave him a lot of attention which is where his passion for performing on stage began. As he grew older, his passion grew so he had his sister record a video of him dancing and singing and he shipped them out. Pinky Entertainment was the only one to not reject him and he's been training there ever since.
