Personality: Everyone in his family calls Ricky a sweetheart. Being the youngest in his family made Ricky the warmest and cheerful person among the family, and not to mention mischievous especially with his siblings. Not to mention sometimes he can be childish and likes to be like that when he wants something from the older sibling.
Background: Ricky was born in Wyoming, USA from a Chinese-Indonesian family that moved from China, in search of the American dream. He once grew in a community where they accept people on who they are. Everyone accepted him the way he is at school as well, but by the age of 10, he had to move to the city. In his 10-year-old eyes, Ricky saw the city as something probably worth a shot at first but it changed. His new school was not as accepting as his old one. Many of the students mocked him for not being white and even some of them bullied him for who he was. Many times, Ricky wanted to leave the city and go back to Wyoming and most importantly to Helong, but it was impossible. But when his biological brother suggested dancing, Ricky stopped pleading to go home. At the end he did leave the big apple and moved to South Korea due to his father's job. Ricky was already fascinated with dancing at the time so he thought why don't he pursue more dancing at South Korea, the very home of kpop.
